I took my car in for the first time after about 50,000 miles. The service manager Joe was courteous, efficient and kept me updated that particular day on car repair needs and costs. They fix what they need to fix, and don't try to get you agree to unnecessary repairs. My bill was affordable, and there were no miscellaneous fees added like some of the dealers try to add to your bill. It is a clean, tidy place where you can hang out if you are waiting while the service is completed. Coffee offered so. I highly recommend this Japanese auto Washington St location. Excellent service and care from the Washington Street branch. Joe was efficient, professional and skilled. This was our first time here and we went based on the reviews. The high ratings are correct. Highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience at Japanese Car Care North. Joe kept me apprised of the costs of the repairs throughout the process and only recommended necessary work. I really appreciated his honesty and communication. I had a tight deadline when I needed to leave and they completed the work right on time! The facility was clean, comfortable, and pleasant to wait in. I highly recommend Japanese Car Care North for your auto maintenance needs.

I never drove my '99 4Runner when it was brand new but I imagine this is what it felt like. I left my car with Eric, Jason, Adam and their team for a week while out of town for work. While I was away they did a bunch of work on the front end and the front brakes. Amazing outcome. Feels and drives like it may have 270,000 miles ago back in 1999. Japanese Car Care is one of those businesses where I always feel our money is well spent and is a satisfying investment.

THE BEST car care team ever! We were having some intermittent problems with the AC and a goofy rattle when we put the car in reverse to back out of the garage. They performed a complete AC inspection and found it only had ¼ of the factory recommended refrigerant. The rattle was not only 2 worn out underside clips, but the drive train system needed attention. I was greeted by Joe, the Service Coordinator (who did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the day re recommended service items and costs) and Jason (the owner, who took an interest in my concerns and offered some common sense possibilities). It’s this level of thoughtful diagnostics and recommendations I really appreciate. I love my 2014 Honda CRV and like to keep in in great working order. This is THE PLACE for maintaining Japanese cars! Also recommend the Menaul /Virginia location. This new location on Washington NE south of Alameda is beautiful. As expected, the building was tidy, the coffee was ready at 7:30AM, the bathroom clean, and the waiting room comfortable. There is an unusual respect for the vehicles as well as the customers. They have this car care business figured out! They’ve taken car diagnostics and maintenance and customer service to the highest level. Highly recommend Japanese Car Care - both locations!

What turned from a simple oil change for our 2002 Toyota Prerunner, switched to an immediate need due to a work situation. And Joe and Adam and all the people working at the new North location where amazing! They communicated clearly what was needed. Kept us updated on timing and completed an oil change, tire rod swap and new door handle in the perfect time needed. They were simply amazing and courteous and such a joy to work with. And this is why we have been with them for 10+ years and will continue. Thank you all!!! You made the weekend bike race happen!

I am very happy with cost and quality of service at Japanese Car Care. My 2003 Tundra with 51k miles needed a little love. The guys replaced my timing belt, did a tuneup, fixed other issues. The truck now runs as good as the day I bought it.

It was my first time visiting Japanese Car Care (North Location) and I have to say that it was quite a pleasant experience. Adam was knowledgeable about my car and its needs, which helped me decide what repairs were necessary to endure a long road trip ahead for me. Their prices are reasonable and the work completed on my car was done in a timely manner. Thank you again guys, I will definitely recommend this shop to people with Japanese cars!

Japanese Car Care came highly recommended by a couple of friends. I am pleased to report that they more than lived up to the accolades. They took excellent care of my 2018 Subaru. The 60k mile tuneup plus new front brakes was the same price as the dealers 60k service WITHOUT the new brakes. The staff are very professional and courteous.

Superb service and top quality work. They Make sure you know your car's current condition fully and work with you on what you want to have done rather than trying to force you to get anything done. I always feel like I am being treated fairly and professionally when I bring my car in for service, and I appreciate that there are no high-pressure sales tactics. When I pick up my car I have full confidence in their work and I love the estimates with photos and prioritization of repairs needed. I have been a customer of Japanese Car Care for 20 years. Their auto repair and servicing has always been of the highest quality whether problem identification, recommendations or service. Ben started JCC with the commitment to honesty, value, and top quality auto services. With Ben's retirement and his "passing the touch" to Jason, the best qualities of JCC have been continued and expanded. The opening of their new facility off Jefferson and Paseo makes the availability and access for westside customer much better. The new facility has more space for cars and a wonderful customer waiting area. I highly recommend JCC to anyone in the ABQ area who needs a trustworthy, hard working shop for their Japanese, Korean, etc car. And they are also very nice people with great pricing for their work.
