A friend directed me to JCC when I first moved here w my 2000 Honda Civic, and they kept it running beautifully until it was so old they couldn't get parts for the AC, essential here (!). Now they tend my Subaru Forester and keep it so well tended that it may well outlast me! They run a clean, efficient, and friendly local business, taking time to answer all my many questions in straightforward, easy to understand language. I don't know much about cars, but I do know a lot about people, and I know the crew at JCC can always be trusted to do good, honest work.

Japanese Car Care did an awesome job replacing my clutch, front brakes, and serpentine belt. They kept me updated with clear communication and even sent pictures of my car's condition, which I really appreciated. The turnaround was quick, and my car feels great now. Highly recommend them for honest and reliable service!

Japanese Care Care and an amazing business. They go above and beyond their duties. They complete their work with a high quality and correct mechanical problems for very fair and reasonable price without overcharging customers. They found one mechanical issue with my car that was caused by the local Lexus dealer, drove 50 miles to find the part and replaced it for me the same day. I am super happy that I found an honest and reliable mechanic.

We are extremely happy and satisfied with the quality and level of professionality the Techs had at Japanese Car Care. They fixed a factory issue we had with our Subaru BRZ. Their knowledge timeliness and attention to detail was awesome. Ill continue recommending them to anyone and everyone I know.

Japanese Car Care gave me a lot of peace of mind about how to proceed with my car. From the moment I called, Susan took the time to go over the process and set my expectations accurately. They were honest and up-front 100% of the time, and went above and beyond to give advice to a girl who really needed it. Would highly recommend.

We've been taking our 2019 Hybrid Camry to Japanese Car Care for several years now. From the start we've been impressed with knowledge and eagerness to please the customer. I just wish we could take our EV there was well. Maybe someday.

Been taking my car here for years. Always detailed explanation what work needs to be done and even provide pictures. Estimates are provided with thorough explanation so I understand why the work is necessary. Polite and professional. I wouldn’t take my 10 year old Lexus anywhere but Japanese Car Care.

I would highly recommend this business for your Japanese cars maintenance, especially since both Toyota dealerships in this town are so obnoxious and always trying to rip you off! Japanese Car Cate opened another new location and it’s much easier now to make appointments with them. They are honest, professional and knowledgeable!

Japanese Car Care has been helping me keep my ‘94 Nissan pickup truck in excellent, reliable condition for several years now. They have always treated me fairly and they do excellent work. Unlike many other repair shops I have been to over the years the Japanese Car Care mechanics listen to what I have to say. I highly recommend this car care center

Outstanding! Those guys do a great job quickly the 1st time, and I will certainly be back. And to add, I have returned many times now with different vehicles (Acura TL, Integra, and Kia Sorento), and whether it be Eric, Jason, or any other staff member there, they provide friendly, competent, excellent service each time. The only thing I would add is that they have seemed to recently substantially increased their prices.

I bought a high mileage 1997 Toyota 4Runner in August 2020. Not long after a check engine light came on for exhaust system. They fixed it. And then a few months ago after taking it off roading, there were horrible squeaks and groans coming from the front end. Fixed. It's like a new truck. These guys are fair on the labor costs, and Eric has no problem talking with you about your car as long as you want to talk, They treat us women with respect instead of acting like we know nothing about cars because some of us actually do know something about cars! I am so glad I decided to take my Toyota here. They have also worked on my husband's 99 4Runner. I totally trust these guys to do all of our car repairs from here on out! Just wanted to add to this review because three weeks ago my 4Runner broke down. Had to be towed to Japanese car care from the east mountains. . Turned out to be a failed fuel pump. But I had them inspect the whole truck and get some other work done that was mostly preventative. It was a big job and Eric literally squeezed me in to get my truck up and running. So thankful to have my 4Runner back home and running. Thank you guys and thank you Jonathan for your cheery attitude Everytime I called. I was very stressed out about my 4Runner. And Eric, thank you for another great 4Runner story you took the time to share with me!

Got a recommendation about Japanese Car Center from a friend. Him and his family have been using this place for years, so I thought I would give it a try after my long-time mechanic retired recently. I couldn't be happier with the service, expertise, and the high level of communication that this shop offers to its customers. I have now taken two vehicles to them and on the last trip, I was really impressed with how thorough of an inspection they did on the vehicle but was equally impressed with the time they took to explain each concern and the process to fix it. I worked with Eric on my last visit but have noticed that each of the folks , there seemed to be courteous and informative. In today's day and age, where finding good customer service is few and far between, I can't say enough about Japanese Car Center and how they treat their customers.

Got my rear brake pads replaced today. As always the folks at Japanese Car Care were amazing. Not only is their work superior and their prices competitive, but they are also exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. I've used them for years, and Will continue to use them as long as I own a car!

I always take my vehicles to Japanese Car Care because I get honest service with prices that are competitive. I've been a customer for 7 years. They let me know what I need, and don't push things on me that I don't need. I've never had to take my vehicle back to have something redone. It's done right the first time.
