If there were six stars they'd have got six. Hunter Patterson and Coty rolled up their sleeves and went to work doing what seemed impossible to get us in the vehicle we wanted. These guys are giving used car dealers a Good Name!!

We had such an amazing experience getting our car this evening! Blaise was the man we went through and he was very straight forward and didn't want to waste any of our time and while having a 3 year old with us that's exactly what we needed for everyone's sanity. He got us in a beautiful car and was by far the best car buying experience I have ever went through. I actually left with a vehicle and it didn't take long at all compared to other dealerships I have been through. Thank you guys so much!!

Do not even set foot on this property. I was taken advantage of financially AND an actual Nissan dealership told me this car was in no shape to be sold to anyone AND said I could file a lawsuit over this. They also convinced me to sign a paper saying I’d pay and extra amount of money a month to have any issues taken care of, an actual Nissan dealership said that’s not true.

Not very friendly!! Brought our new truck in for an oil change. When we entered the lot, I rolled the window down and spoke to the sales guy standing outside, “Hi, I have an appointment for an oil change!” To which his response was, “congratulations”.

I've had a 2005 Nissan Altima since the early 2010's -- needless to say, it was way beyond time for an upgrade! After a lot of searching and contemplating with other services and dealers both in the area and not-so-nearby, I decided to stop in and see what I could get. Sonny Hardaway was extremely kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with as a first-time buyer (as my old car was a hand-me-down). I had a loan offer waiting for me from my bank, but Sonny managed to get me into a better offer that won't drain my bank account every month! If you're looking to get a new (used) car, I recommend stopping in and checking out what's on the lot!

Jason Lewis car dealership is. Not like any other dealership in Crossville. It is not owned by big corporate money hungry businesses. They really do care about the people they sell cars to. Even the people that purchase preowned vehicles. They stand by their word and I would recommend them to anyone needing to buy a used or new vehicle.

Trying to get to the bottom of our canceled extended warranty, which was canceled well within the 30 days we were told we'd have to cancel, since the vehicle was totaled 9 days after purchase by an uninsured driver. The dealership gets the money for the extended warranty from the total purchase price ($2,100. In our case added to the purchase price) and since it was canceled, it's up to them to return the money to the finance company. They knew this yet acted like they couldn't understand why it hadn't been taken care of yet. So not only is my child out of a vehicle but now I'm giving the dealership free $ by having to pay the finance company the $2,100. that they should've returned. We sincerely held the name Jason Lewis in high regard. That is no longer the case. Should be a zero star option, because this would be one.
