They have not honored the warranty of this new engine. My car has been undrivable for 3 weeks as they refuse to repair the engine until the car repair shop does more and more testing This is the second major issue with this new engine

I learned of Jasper products while working at a small automotive repair shop where I live . I was completely satisfied with every one of their products I have worked with so far . They have all been a direct replacement, without any issues . The quality is that of OEM. The staff is very helpful and friendly . I will continue to use Jasper products and I would strongly recommend them to anyone .
