Don Learn has been servicing my two Kawasaki Concours motorcycles since 2011. He has always been efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable on all matters regarding my bikes. More importantly, he is fair, honest, and forthright. I recommend him without hesitation.

Left a voicemail a month ago like the automated system said to and said they’d return call in 24 hrs. Have not received that call. Atleast call and say something.

Would recommend to stay far away. Brought them my ktm 400 for a inspection, valve adjustment and carb cleaning. Spent 900$ and the bike ran worse than before. Bike dropped a valve and machine shop is informing me the wrong keeper was used on the valve spring. Most likely causing my broken valve issue.

Due to illness I was unable to ride and my bike sat for 10yrs. They went through and fixed everything we discussed for a reasonable price. 2006 Yamaha Vino 125. I recommend them.

An outstanding shop to get my back tire changed. I have a motorcycle older then 10 years and a lot of shops in the area seem to not wanna work on the older motorcycles. But I took my tire to him and had it back in my car to take back home in 30 min. Will definitely be there again to get my front tire done.

Don is a great person to deal with. My family and I have dirt bikes and quads and we always go straight to Don. Always been fair on price and fixed properly. Highly recommend. Also quick turnaround.

Had a motor. Scooter handi cap. Needed to locate cables they put on battery's checkd full charge Rachel free. Priceless I was able to give my old Scooter to a neighbor need one ins would pay. I call that a Angel Blessing .😷🙏🏻♥️😘😷🙏🇺🇸

Always very friendly accommodating and willing to help in any way they can Great bunch of guys to talk to About anything you don't know about your bike they stand behind their work and are very very good I have been taking my bike for many years and I should say bikes to this shop They are the only ones I would let work on my bike Very knowledgeable

Awesome people! Don was great getting me in to fix my flat tire real quick. And the mechanic (cant believe I forgot his name) was honest and very knowledgeable. Compared to 2 other dealerships in town who wouldn't fix my bike just for a flat tire, Jax Moto is the place to go!

Don Learn the owner greeted me, remembered that I called a couple of days earlier, and was very effective with delivering great service to my Suzuki GSX-R. It was my first time trying this place but it felt like home for my motorcycle right away. I WILL be coming back!

Don and his staff is amazing. I took my quad in for service and they went above and beyond my expectations. Fast turn around service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants fast and quality work. Good honest people who take the time and treat you like a customer and answer all your questions and concerns. Very pleased with the service on a complicated problem dealing with carbs. Runs better than it ever has in the years I have owned it. Reasonable time frame and hit the price point on the estimate. George is a hell of a bike mechanic. Felt so good about their work, picked it up on Friday, put all the pieces back on, and put over 300 flawless miles on it Saturday, to where before, I didn't want to take it far from home. Thanks Guys.
