Jay Walton fixed my car’s exterior damage and it looks like new now. They also worked on it quickly. Their quote was accurate also, even though they warned me that it might be more if there was structural damage. I highly recommend them

Jay Walton's is an Allstate preferred repair shop . They have a long track record of high quality work, and excellent customer service. I've used them more than once, and have always been highly satisfied. I recently got some body work done and it was completed well before the estimated completion date. My car was stolen but minor repairs after recovered. The people at J Waltons were fantastic! It arrived at their shop with a broken window, glass everywhere, and torn up steering column. And it was Thanksgiving time! They made every effort to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. It was detailed inside and out! I’ve always relied on this shop and always will! Thank you for everything!

Costume services was excellent at the time I had my vehicle repair done. Fast-forward I needed the part they had installed, to be replaced, my mechanic said that part was inferior and didn't belong to a jeep .And it shouldn't have lasted as long as it did. Needless to say I was told I had a life time warranty as long as I owned the vehicle. I still own it but they were no longer holding to that. And they had also refused to talk to my mechanic when he called and asked about the information on the installation they had done.

Jay Walton repaired surface damage to front and rear panels and detailed the rest. The car looks like it did the day it was purchased. Everything went on schedule and as estimated. Highly recommended.

Recently in our HOT September vacation trip, the A/C quit in our Dodge 2500 4x4. We were 2 hours East of Albuquerque NM. Calls to Dealers proved hopeless. We googled A/C Specialty Shops and called one. They had no openings, but informed us they worked in conjunctions with two other shops. Great networking. They suggested Jay Walton Automotive. We called and spoke with the service manager. Informed him of the situation. He scheduled us for 11:00ish. We arrived at 11:05, they made a place for our 32' RV trailer to unhook. Our vehicle was in their shop by 11:30. They are a Dodge specialty shop for mechanical and A/C, with New parts in stock. Our compressor failed. They vacuumed down the system, disassembled, R&R the compressor and clutch, installed a new compressor assembly, vacuumed the system, recharged and completed. All completed by 2:30pm. Amazing. The entire experience was awesome. The entire staff were super helpful and friendly. We have placed Jay Walton Automotive in our listing for help on the road and passed this information onto our friends that RV. This is a wonderful shop to do business with. Highly recommend them.

After an accident my insurance referred me to 5 different shops, 3 were dealerships, for my repairs. I read reviews and they were mostly bad except for Jay Walton’s. This wasn’t my first time using this shop and the people go above and beyond to help. Service is excellent and repairs are done right the first time. Almost as important is the communication and commitment to completing the job as outlined at the start. Good people, great service. I’m a woman and always know I’ll get a honest estimate and fair job.

I had an incident on the hiway that did to my car. I asked a good friend of mine who used to own his own shop where to take my car. He highly recommend Jay Walton. From the time my car arrived to the time it left the shop Katelyn Collins was just tremendous to work with!! Very courteous, very knowledgeable. My experience with Jay Walton couldn’t have been better. The accident caused nearly $7K in repairs-all cosmetic thankfully, but involved so many parts involved in the front of my beautiful Outback, I feared it wouldn’t look the same. Bout it looks brand new. I couldn’t more pleased.
