Missing bolts on skid plate. Air filter compartment was not fastened down. Both autos had oil residue dripping from filter and on skid plate. Requested no car wash, ended up washed with spots. Super slow service both times on 2 different cars. Crooked steering wheel and pulled to the right after alignment and no road test. Tried selling us new brakes and calipers when they are in good working order, verified. Lugnuts were not torqued correctly. We've been going here for years, but no more! Air filter was filthy, was supposed to be checking it every year and only 2k miles went by and garaged. After bad experiences with both autos, we question their honesty. Possibly, not even my air filter that they showed me. Cannot get a call back to discuss after many times of calling in. They went downhill! Taking business somewhere else.

I hate when the service writers treat my wife like the dumb little woman. If she says there's a problem with a system on the car, don't just verbally pat her on the head. Especially since you have sent her on her way several times with defects that could be considered life threatening. Fortunately, the bad tires, bad wheel bearing, and nonfunctional ABS didn't cause a fatal accident. Yes, I know exactly which service writers I'm talking about, and no we're probably never going back to this place again.

Had to bring my car back because they didn't fix it the first time, I had to go back and convince them to look at it harder, and they found the problem the second time and have ordered a part (in warranty!)

Even though they were short handed, they still got my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. The customer waiting area was comfortable with lots of snack options.

Had an appointment and it still took 2.5 hrs for my oil change and tire rotation. Found out later they didn't perform my oil change because I hadn't hit 10k on mileage. Why didn't they tell me this when I checked out??

I'm so glad I chose this service center for my car maintenance. The staff was amazing and made me feel welcome. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. They did a thorough inspection of my car and fixed the issues quickly and efficiently. They also gave me a complimentary car wash and a coupon for my next service. I was very impressed by their quality of work and customer service. They really care about their customers and their cars. Thank you, Jay Wolfe Toyota! You have earned a loyal customer in me!

If you own a Toyota, they take care of you in a mid entry-level car dealership. Toyotas are great cars, but if you are stepping down from a Lexus, be prepared because there is NO comparison in customer service or dealership ambiance. It's still a great car with basic service care.

My customer service experience was terrific! As a walk-in who was looking for a quick annual safety inspection, I was expecting an apportionment date; but, the service department squeezed me in without a problem. This saved me an enormous amount of time! Thank you!

They are really good at doing their job and are super friendly but I got there at 7:15am and didn't get to leave until 1pm and this is after they promised at about 11 am that since I had a doctor's appointment at 1pm they would get me out of there by 1230 or so. I was almost an hour late for my appointment. I recommend going to them for important thing but make sure to clear the rest of your day because they get really busy really quickly.

Very courteous personnel. I arrived 8 minutes early for my appointment and was immediately taken in. Everything was laid out and explained to me prior to service. Highly recommended.

Alternator and battery went out on me, took it there and they charged way above market value, had the car towed and did it myself, after there $150 "diagnostic" fee and the cost to have it towed it still cost me less than half what they wanted.

La demanda es mucha y la oferta es poca hay que hacer una cita para un cambio de aceite no creo que hay competitividad en el trabajo que se hace ,pero si saben poner altos precios a cualquier cosa que hacen sin merecerlo.

My appointment was for 8 am but I got there at 7 am. No problem, took me right in! Had my 10K mile checkup and oil change done and was back on the road by 8 am. VERY pleasant and courteous technicians. Outstanding service!! Thank you Bobby!
