I’ve been taking my suv to jays for the last year, I love Sam and the rest of the crew! They do a great job and are always fast and reliable! As a girl I don’t feel comfortable taking it just to any shop, I got my husband to also switch from his usual shop to now being a regular at jays too! We love them!

Do not recommend. They said they fixed the job. Same day my car was throwing some liquid and this place let me drive off. Having to take it to a mechanic to fix something they caused

I’ve been going to Jay’s Automotive for almost 10 years. They are affordable and provide great customer service, even offering customers a ride if you need it. They are one of the few mechanics in El Paso affiliated with AAA, which gets you a 10% discount with your AAA membership. They are fast, reliable, and very responsive. I highly recommend them.

I recommend Jays Automotive. They provided inspection report with video explaining the work needed with the quote. The repair time was much faster than other repair shops.

I’ve been taking our Jeep Wrangler to Jay’s Automotive when issues arise. Had a leak from the transmission pan so they replaced the filter, fluid, and gasket. I also requested they replace the brakes and rotors all the way around and flush the brake fluid. They completed the work to what I believe was a fair price. They take pride in their work and always treat us well. Thank you Sam.

Sam has gone above and beyond getting our Vue back on the road. It's an older car (2003) and some replacement parts are extremely hard to find. It took a little time but he located an extremely rare fuel tank for this model. He has done other work on this car (brakes, suspension, air conditioning) and has always done quality and reasonably priced work in a short time frame. We receive our car cleaned and vacuumed and ready to roll. Thank you, Sam. We will see you as maintenance needs come up.

Went to get a quick estimate on my car. I thought the estimate was within range and knowing all that needed to be done thought it was fair. Personnel were nice and addressed all my concerns. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent work. Had my truck back within 24 hours! Friendly and very helpful staff. Kept me informed of all work planned and work done. Warranted work. I plan to even do routine maintenance there now too. Another visit today. They were able to diagnose the problem and explain status. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Hello, I would just like to say I love this place. I was having trouble with the throttle. I eventually bought the throttle for my GMC Yukon, but it seems not to accelerate so I bought the pedal and it did not work either so I took it here Right away, they told me what was a problem and they fixed it real quick within a day The price was pretty good and everything seem fair. I give a five star to this place Good job, Rick and Pancho
