Had the hood of my car repainted today. His quote was roughly half the price of a big name paint & body shop. I was very pleased that the quality was not lacking whatsoever. Jay was very communicative throughout the whole process: he told me up front that he could paint my car inexpensively if I purchased the materials; since I'm not a "car guy", I soon needed clarification as to what type of primer, what type of paint (matte vs. glossy), and I didn't even know about a clear coat layer. So, I felt like I was getting a DIY education while talking with Jay. Dropped the car off in the morning, and picked it up in the afternoon on the same day. Definitely thinking about going to Jay's Mobile Auto and Body Repair again for repeat business!

This was the worst decision that I’ve ever made in my life. My car was banged up on the drivers side fender and rear door in August. I went Jays Mobile(Not the owners actual name) because it was close to my home. They promised t o have me fixed up in two days. Upon picking up my car,I found that it was worst than when I dropped it off. It was terribly repaired to where you could still see the dents and terribly painted. When I initially contacted Anthony he was very responsive . He had one of his workers come to my house and look at the work that need to be done. He demanded payment upfront which was $1300. I paid him through Zelle immediately. When I tried to reach out to him to my dissatisfaction,he ignored all my calls and text until the point I had to call him from another number. His wife Angelica who is actually a good person,finally picked up and wanted to rectify the situation. I drop my car off with her . Long story short,it is now October and I had to demand my keys back because they messed my car up even more and continued to make excuses till this day. Turns out Anthony is doing all of this from jail. Now because my dumb decision to trust him and his wife,I have to pay to get my car repaired at another shop out of pocket. They couldnt even give me a refund because of personal issues and the fact that they should not be running this business. After doing some digging,I even found pictures of their kids working on my car. Look at the other reviews. Do your research. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. Ive lost money and ended up in a worst situation.

I paid 750$ dollars for him to fix my car and signed a contract saying he would fix it but never did and its been months he supposedly went to jail and couldn’t repair it. Left the car in worse condition then when it was given to him. Horrible and reliable. Stole money and never completed the job very unprofessional.

Had a wonderful first time experience with this company great customer service came out to help me within 30minutes after I called and did an excellent job on my vehicle in a timely manner that I was very much pleased with very Cost-efficient aswell the michanic Anthony had a great attitude and while servicing my vehicle went above and beyond very trust worthy I will be using this company for all future maintenance issues I am very appreciative of the services I received

I have requested service twice, and I received an email and text message responses saying that he can do the work. But when I ask for the most convenient time that is available for him when the work can be done, I do not hear anything further. This is not a great way to run a business,.

Very reliable and professional service by friendly guys! They are so warm and get the job done quick. I will definitely recommend. It gets better..they were open on sunday!!!! You definitely want to get your auto body work done here. Skip the big fancy companies & get your job done here. Pocket friendly too
