I am very pleased with JB Auto Technician and their work on my car recently. I had been driving my car without air conditioning for a month. Another mechanic place was charging me way too much to fix it. When I went to JB Auto Mechanic, they were honest and gave me a fair price. They also cleaned my motor and repaired an oil leak. All for less than half the cost! My AC blows cold strong air now and I am very happy. Jose is a great technician and knowledgeable, and very helpful. I recommend JB Auto Technician to anyone.

Jose the master mechanic is knowledgeable, trust worthy, fast, and his prices are really fair! Alberto and Omar his 2 assistants, were friendly, translated well, and showed me everything Jose recommended in detail. My car is difficult because it gives codes on the computer but doesn’t lead to the problem. Jose is so experienced that he instantly knew what my issue was. He is completely trust worthy, he had someone go grab the right things needed for my car vs just using whatever he had. Lastly, the customer service is unmatched! He grabbed me a seat to sit and wait. He walked me step by step of what my car needs. And he took me immediately so I wasn’t driving with a bad car. Highly recommend him! He did my oil change, gasket, sensors, and electrical work.

Unprofessional. Won’t answer calls or texts. 6 weeks since making a large deposit and still have no clue when vehicle will be repaired. Tried to follow up several times requesting information and was initially denied any sort of eta. Now I’m just being strung along with vague answers.

Best mechanic with the knowledge and experience to deal with cars. 3 times I've been there and 3 times I've been satisfied. Can help with mechanic and electric issues. 10/10 would recommend!!

Finalmente un lugar donde confirman el diagnóstico y arreglan el fallo de una!!! Después de buscar y buscar en tampa un lugar donde pudieran arreglar el liqueo del aire acondicionado en mi auto y bregar con payasos que dicen haberlo arreglado, finalmente Jose JB AUTO TECHNICIAN pudo descubrir y arreglarlo el mismo día... Lamento no haber llegado aquí desde un principio. Me hubiera ahorrado 50 dolores de cabeza. Tremendo trabajo 👏 🙌 👌 💪y un servicio de primera! GRACIAS JOSE Y BRENDA! RECOMENDADO 100%...
