Came in to get my first ever PA inspection the team was so incredibly helpful so professional they did an incredible job and really took the time to evaluate my vehicle just so happy with how kind they were impatient they were since I had no idea what I was doing

Please do not drive your car to this repair shop; They won't completely repair your car; The fees are very expensive; They are all scammers; Don't send your car to their repair shop. Never do that: they will cheat your insurance company money

Scammers don’t recommend these clowns 🤡charged me $250 diagnostic fee to tell me I need new tires when that wasn’t what I needed !! Don’t bother wasting your time. they’re just finessing customers to buy bs mods for their bs cars. THEY REVIEWS ARE 100% FAKE!!!

First, everyone I spoke with was very nice! It seems like a family run business and they may possibly do good work. I don’t know and I never will know. I went in to get some tints because I seen the owners truck downtown one day when I was leaving work so I called he was very nice and quoted me a good price. I called to set up my appointment which was at 10 AM Thursday. I’m assuming they only have one tint guy. Anyway, when I got there on time, I spoke with who I believe was the owner, he explained to me the different number variations and what it would look like. I was very pleased with his thoroughness. Here’s where my issue came, I gave him my keys. I ordered my Uber. I left, and proceeded to go back to my house, no more than three blocks from my house I get a call not from the owner to apologize but from his little brother, assistant, co-owner, don’t know whoever the gentleman was, He said I’m sorry our tint guy cut his hand YESTERDAY and we have to cancel your appointment today. That was enough to turn me off completely. I completely understand shit happens. My issue comes in where y’all could’ve avoided me driving up here and paying for not one, but two Ubers. So I spent my morning with my car sitting on their lot and paying my money to ride around with strangers. Nice! Judging from the Google reviews, I’m assuming this is not how they normally operate but this was my experience with them. I hope anyone who goes to them going forward has a better experience.

JBMotorworks definitely certified auto shop. Amazing customer service. Just when other auto shop was claiming it was a lot of work. I took it to JBMotorworks and my vehicle is back on the road. Needed all 4 struts my car was bouncing like a roller coaster from the rear and loud on potholes on the front. And now it’s back like a new car riding real smooth. Thank for the great work you guys did on my car. 💯 definitely recommend family&friends.

Phenomenal service given to my vehicle by these auto experts, went to several places prior to coming here for service for my headlights which required rewiring. They determined the issue explained it to me in great detail and did the repair for what I believe was a more than reasonable price. It took a day and a half but my patience was rewarded. Highly recommend for all your automotive needs. S/O to Bruce for the hard work !

Towed a Jeep from DC 150 miles away to the shop for looking into a potential transmission issue that dealer asked for $ 14,000 for the replacement. Problem got fixed within a week with other maintenances done as requested and still saved quite a bit.

JB Motor Works is an amazing repair shop with honest and honorable employees and great prices. My uncle worked at a repair shop my whole life and always took care of my car, after he retired I was so scared of getting scammed or finding a new reputable spot. Once I found these guys and have been loyal since! If you are considering coming here, please take this as a sign to do so.

JB motor works always does a great job every time I get my car serviced there. Unlike car dealerships, they only recommend you get what is needed or if it can wait till the next oil change.

Easy Transaction. Highly Recommend JB Motors to anyone who needs auto service A+. JB Motor's customer service is amazing, the workers there are all kind. They also have online services that can remind you of your appointment date, send quotes, and make payments all online. The only thing is online payments and credit cards have a 3% fee.

I discovered J&B motorworks after having a poor experience at another shop I was giving a chance. I am so happy that previous shop was terrible because it gave me the chance to try J&B motorworks. What a difference!! Kevin and the staff are simply awesome. They are next level in every possible way. My vehicle was repaired professionally, promptly, and at a very reasonable price. The previous shop wanted to replace my engine!! I knew what the problem was the whole time. Even though J&B is clear across Philly from me, they are now my goto shop. Their business model is absolutely outstanding!!

I chose to take my car to this repair shop based on their positive Google reviews, and I was not disappointed. From my first call, this shop was very professional, kind and helpful with efficient communication and clearly set expectations. My car was towed in from another shop which couldn't get the job done, and JB was able to get me back and running in a few days time. I liked that they sent me a quote via text where I could follow a link and see the details of my service needs, and even pay my deposit online. Again, great service, great/consistent communication and I feel they did a good job at replacing the alternator in my Infiniti G37. Would recommend and would return if repair needs arise.

I never leave reviews but I just had to for Jb motors because their work is phenomenal. I’ve been a customer of theirs for about almost 4 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are very honest people, fast workers, and excellent service Melanie and Kevin are the best as well as Bruce and John. My very First car was horrible. Ha ha. I took it somewhere to get a oil change and somehow, when I left the lot, it was so much damage done to my car. One day scrolling on Google. I decided to give Jb motors a shot. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars I spoke to Kevin in Melanie I had about 1000 questions ha ha but they answered them all never getting frustrated with me always patient and very polite. Any answers they did not know they would find out and return my calls within minutes. Bruce and John are also great mechanics. Very polite and honest when I broke down one time after work, they met me where I was to see why I was stuck and drove my car back so that I could get home. I don’t know if my car. Would have for two years if it wasn’t for them. Someone really sold me. A bad car. But, Jb motors fixed all they could so I could get around. The prices are reasonable they are not pushy mechanics. They will tell you what you need done, give you recommendations. Check on you from time to time. I now have a new car. I still go to JB motors for everything oils change’s anything related to a car you name it. They are the best. Kevin, Melanie, Bruce John thanks for everything. The service is fast and good but the price getting expensive. If you want to fix one thing , they will charge 250$ or more.
