JC is a small, locally-owned independent business that provides exceptional service. Travis and Nicole made me feel immediately welcomed and expertly guided me through the process of getting a full workup on my 88 Formula Fiero. Brandon was transparent with the pricing, offering a fair and honest estimate. A special thanks to Alen for capturing great photos with my "Princess," and to Adam for the helpful tips. I also appreciate Jaya for her hard work and dedication. The level of service I received was outstanding, with repairs completed swiftly and parts arriving promptly. JC Repair came highly recommended by a close friend who has used them for years, and they certainly did not disappoint. I had been told by the service department of one of the "big time" car dealerships in Motor City that a certain part on my vehicle was "broken" and needed to be replaced -- to the tune of almost a thousand dollars. The folks at JC Repair assessed the situation and within minutes had it fixed. (Turns out that the part had simply worked its way loose and needed to be reattached.) Instead of taking advantage of my lack of vehicle knowledge, JC Repair earned a customer for life by treating me fairly and with respect. Give them a shot, you will be in good hands.

I was not satisfied after going back multiple times for the same issue. They bought the parts replaced it and it's the same or worse. They said it's fixed. I think not! Everytime I left hoping it's fixed the problem just got worse. They are not good honest people. They used us and we spent thousands of dollars here. I recommend to my mother as well. Same issue with her vehicle. She took it in she thought was fixed. Nope! So she took it back to the dealership and they informed her that she's missing bolts after taking it too JC Repair!? I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Unmatched! This was my first time going to this repair shop! The place is very welcoming! For the work they performed, I felt was a fair and honest price! They were fast about getting it done! They kept me updated on what my initial automotive complaint was! They helped it all make sense by explaining every detail of the work they performed! This shop is my new space to take my automobiles! The techs were very friendly and pay close attention to the details! This NO junkyard repair shop! They are awesome, honest, and know what they are doing! I highly recommend JCs automotive repair shop! Thank you again to all you rockstars!

I had my oil changed recently and I was told I needed about $4,000 worth of work on my front end. I took it to JC Repair to have them check it out because I have friends who go there and when they were done they told me there was NOTHING WRONG with my front end! They went over all the details of what they checked and assured me it was fine. I just found my new repair shop. If you need an honest opinion on your vehicle, bring it to JC Repair.

Had the worst experience with a previous shop where we bought the car! Yet JC Repair took our car and delt with warranty the whole process took 3 days which I thought was quick for warranty to be involved. However we will be telling everyone about ya!! Great job and very pleased

I am so thankful for such a great auto shop. They worked with me to get my car on the schedule and seamlessly pivoted when my kids got sick and had to reschedule! Great work done, communicated in a timely manner about repairs that needed to be done and succeeded expectations in getting it done quicker than expected. Definitely recommend!

I had some abrupt issues with my vehicle, I called JC repair and immediately felt welcomed and almost as if they shared the same level of concern as I did with my own vehicle. Brandon at the front, is an incredible person as well as an advisor. They went above and beyond, what I believe would be anyone’s expectation. If you have any issues or even just regular maintenance, I’d highly highly highly recommend JC repair. Ask for Brandon he’ll take care you.

Awesome people that seem to carry the "old Values" and are very diligent in their shop and in the rates they charge! I have NOT had any problems so far with Japanese Auto Connection! I would recommend this shop for value of your dollars and their wonderful care of the customer!! :)) normally. But new employees for me take away from my experience. Not real sure anymore .

Have been going to this place for several years but NO more. I went and found a new mechanic. Took my vehicle in and was told I needed a new transmission. Took to local shop where they specialize in transmissions and was told there was nothing wrong with the transmission other than fluid needed to be changed. Had that done, no problems since. Took me from a $6000+ job to a couple hundred. I would recommend double checking whatever these guys tell you about your vehicle.

I got my oil change done here, and they are fantastic and quick at the job. This is my second time going here. I also need some leak repairs done that they gave me some solid advice on, fair quote, and I’m happy they took the time to talk to me about what my car needs and what we need to do to keep it running smooth! I have been with JC Repair for many years, taken several different types of cars in for work and always pleased. I have never come across such an honest company, with competent and trustworthy mechanics. They give you the explanations you need and that is so very helpful. Finding a reliable mechanic is one of the hardest things, and I’m relieved to have found this company.

In response to your reply, I laugh…you had my car on 2 different days and each time I drove it home the CHECK ENGINE light came on within 3 miles of your shop. I shared the codes from my reader each time. You can say you didn’t know, but you did. 👎👎 A few people on Facebook recommended JC Auto Connection so I decided to give them a try because I knew my Toyota Sienna needed new front brakes. BIG MISTAKE!! About 30 minutes after dropping it off they called to say they ran diagnostics and I needed a new Valve Gasket for $1100. I decided to trust them and authorized the repair. It took them all day but they called to say it was done. I drove 3 miles and the 🚨CHECK ENGINE light 🚨comes on along with a few others on my dash. I pulled over and called them and Left a message as they had already gone for the day. I got it home and put my Code Reader on it and I got 3 critical codes. I called my son who is a certified master mechanic with Acura in Dallas and he said the car needed to be towed back to the mechanic. 🛻 I called them first thing the next morning and they said they'd look at it. Had it towed in and then rented a car for the day $$. I sent them pictures of all the codes from the reader. They called me HOURS later to say they couldn't find anything wrong with it!! 😲 They said I could pick it up, and it's fine. PICKED UP the car and drove it about 5 miles and AGAIN the 🚨 CHECK ENGINE light 🚨 comes on AGAIN! I pull over and plug in my code reader and again get several serious codes. I drove it the last 2 miles to my home saying prayers. This time I get different SERIOUS codes. My son tells me to get it to a Toyota service department and NOT go back to JC Auto Connection. I call Toyota, tell them the codes and they say it MUST be towed it - and they gave me a loaner vehicle. They ran the diagnostics and got the same codes as me. I gave them the rundown of the past two issues with JC and showed them the previous codes and they ran additional diagnostics to be sure the engine was repaired properly. It turns out I needed new parts to replace the work that was done. They only charged me for parts and gave me a discount on labor. Still, ANOTHER $300+. The service advisor told me I should call JC AUTO Connection and have them reimburse me for the cost of work by Toyota. I did call and that's when Curtis took a "mansplaining" tone with me, telling me that my code reader must be bad because they did not get any of the codes that I got. Yet, Toyota confirmed them for me, with photos of THEIR code reader. Curtis then told me that because I took my car to someone else they couldn't trust the work of the other mechanics. 😡🤣😡 He said they would have done the repairs for free. I explained that they had TWO CHANCES to repair my car and both times my check engine lights came on with serious codes. Again, he insisted that I must have read the codes wrong. Long story short, DO NOT go to JC Auto Connection!

Fantastic shop with very helpful mechanics that make sure the job is done right. Travis resurfaced two flywheels for me to the exact specs I gave him after two other machine shops had botched each of them. He went out of his way to set the machine up precisely for my specific flywheels, set up a jig for proper step height measurement, and did it all for a better than fair price. The people at the front desk were also very helpful and made sure I was taken care of promptly. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any work I need and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good shop.

I was referred to JC Repair by a friend. I truly despise going to most repair shops but my friend gave this place such a positive review I decided to try them out. They kept me informed on repairs the entire way and it was much less than I assumed it would be (based off many other repair shops). I dropped my car off when they opened and got the call it was finished before 4pm the same day. The repairs included brakes/rotors, a belt, a filter, spark plugs, and they even checked on things for me that I was worried about but needed no repair. I’ll definitely continue going to them for my repair needs !

I've been taking my car here for several years now at a relative's original recommendation, and they've always been excellent. They're honest, just, and Chris at the front desk will take time to patiently explain things well so I can make an informed decision. Just yesterday, I brought my car in with issues rendering it undrivable, and they managed to squeeze me in and get my car back today (that's obviously not always possible depending on parts and other commitments, etc., but they work hard to help people!). Good ole' friendly, hard-working, local business. It's rare that I take the time to craft a review, but these guys deserve it. Only have good things to say.
