Bought 4 new tires 6/24 ,by 11/24 I done had to replace 2 valve stems,that was leaking,lost 1 lug nut ,heard it sling off driving on beltway.on 11/25 /24 went ahead with free rotation. He put the back straight to front front straight to back ,they don't even do tire pressure sensor location process.

Couldn't ever get anyone to even answer the phone. When some one finally answered, almost an hour later of calling, they had an attitude and was rude.

Stop by to get some tire sensors installed, I got turned down and I quote “we don’t have time we are only doing rims and tires” I guess since I’m not purchasing any big ticket items they aren’t going to take the business. Responding to the owner since they want to shy away with that quick response. The gentleman at the counter clearly stated he wasn’t going to take my vehicle in, and didn’t mention anything about a waiting time. I usually understand that on Saturdays a lot of places already have people waiting so I was prepared for that.

Hit something on the freeway, and it bent my rim while heading to my mom's house. Luckily, this place was on the other side of my mom's street, and the guy was able to fix my rim quick. Very fast and friendly service and very good price! Definitely recommend this place!

This place is a lifesaver! After exiting off of Woodforest from the Beltway, my tire popped luckily, JC was nearby so I pull in but they’re closing. I was going to call an Uber but the guy came up to my car and offered to help. He got me in and out and didn’t even charge for the inconvenience! Definitely appreciate and would recommend this business!

This tire shop had a good selection of rims and tires and fair prices.. But the actual work was not good at all it felt like they wanted a quick buck and didn't worry about the well being of my Vehicle.. I immediately felt that my truck drove terrible and the steering wheel was not straight..So I took it to a shop in Baytown where they told me that my tie rods where not even tighten and almost came undone also the leveling kit was to big for my truck so I had to purchase brand new control arms which are pricey. Overall I will not be coming back to this place.

Would not recommend this tire company went in on a Saturday to get a quote advise them that I was looking and didn’t want to get messed over because I was a woman. On Monday I decided to go let them replace all 4 tires. Not only did they striped one if the lugs they broke all 4 locks without my consent, the owner was very rude and yelling telling me its my fault they broke the locks. I left very unsatisfied and missing locks on all 4. Then after driving off I realized they bent a rim as well. I end up at discount tire where they had to balance and put locks costing me more money.
