I can’t thanks enough this place, I had a situation with my cooler fan the whole piece break and search it on every store I promised you NO ONE HAD IT, this men managed himself to find it fix it and have my car ready back to the road in less than 2 hours. He search for future problem and make sure everything was safety for my 16 hour drive. If you are in Vegas and have any car issues don’t though 2 times this place has excellent experience and services. You make my day thank you

The best mechanics in LV. These guys are honest, hard working and always go the extra mile. Charlie and Josef have done this their whole lives. Trust me going anywhere else is a horrible idea.

They have a very good customer Service. I was on a trip from Mexico to Vegas and suddenly my car started to make a weird noise (while I was in Vegas). I went there without an appointment (with some urgency) and received help from a very kind man, he really helped me. God bless this Sir and his business.

My car basically got stranded and it was towed to this location. The owner was extremely nice and helped me through a very difficult situation. These are qualities of someone who not only does a great job but also has a good heart. I recommend this place.

I broke down on my way to Vegas from CA, I had what I maybe thought was just an overheating car. So after being towed the last 74 miles I tried to drive to the closet mechanic. He checked it out and within an hour knew what was wrong gave me a quote. I called my mechanic back home to make sure I wasn't getting overpriced. He told me it was exactly what he would have charged. So I called back and told him all was good. I had my car back the next day because I had told him I didn't need it back that day. I highly recommend him. He's an honorable man.

I posted a lengthy negative review about Joe at jcj and after I told Blanka who referred me to him, MY REVIEW DISAPPEARED! WELL I'LL CONTINUE WITH THE BBB AND ANY OTHER REGULATORY AGENCIES I CAN FIND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE SINCE HIS TACTIC IS GO THERE, SPEND MONEY AND NOTHING WORKS AFTER 24 HOURS, THEN HE SAYS COME BACK, WHICH I ASKED IS THIS HOW IT WORKS HERE. COME BACK, COME BACK..... HE DOESN'T KNOW THE MEANING OF DUE DILIGENCE WHEN PERFORMING A SERVICE. IT MAY NOT BE CRIMINAL TO TAKE OFF NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT I'M SURE THE BBB WILL LISTEN TO MY COMPLAINTS. I DO BELIEVE IN KARMA, I WON'T KNOW WHEN IT HAPPENS BUT IT WILL JOE.

It has always been hard to find a competent mechanic, add the COVID pandemic to this and it is even harder; after having a terrible experience at another shop, my baby girl, my Jeep wrangler needed repair from that repair. The place is pretty busy and it took a couple of days for them to be able to look at the vehicle and then to fix it. Awesome service, friendly and knowledgeable staff that could answer all questions, pricing was good.

As a native i have seen a lot of auto shops come and go. I broke down near JCJ and I took it there. They gave me family service good prices and honest work. Car works great dispite that it needes more work than i can afford right now. Thanks Joe and everyone there I owe you.

In my time of need I got ripped off! I was traveling across the country and my car kept breaking down with my dogs and kids inside the car. I was very hopeful when I found this mechanic as he seemed nice and all, I specifically told him how long of a trip was ahead of me and I handed him this paper that specifically said I needed a distributor cap and rotor done. He did neither and did a crank sensor fix instead!! It was so hot and I was on such a long trip that I didn't babysit what he did i trusted that he did the correct job and i paid the fee. I kept consistently breaking down all through the US and I'm very LUCKY I made it to my destination to my mechanic family!! They pointed out that he didn't even do the job I needed done when we looked at the receipt closer. Not only that, my family ended up replacing the part he claimed to fix anyway so idk if he gave me a used part and just cleaned it off or what!!! During my time of need they ripped me off. I highly recommend avoid the place if you have other options. Im so hurt and frustrated that this happened, we could have died on the highway. This is not right!

My family and friends have been taking all our vehicles to Joseph for quite some time now. He has continually demonstrated exceptional professionalism and utmost integrity when it comes to his work. Also, Joseph is straightforward to work with when it comes to deciding the sequence of repairs. For instance, what mechanical repairs should do first and what could wait. Most importantly, Joseph is reasonably priced at his labor. When anyone asks me about a good mechanic, I always highly recommend Joseph a real professional!

One of the best mechanic shops I've ever done business with. Everyone was so respectful. These guys know what they're doing. They helped my son troubleshoot his car when he got stranded. Very reasonable. I'd recommend this shop to everybody.

The last mechanic I took my car to fix things that didn’t even need to be fixed. This mechanic however, is a good example of what a mechanic should be. He was able to spot the problems for me and explain to me what was going on, and I learned some things too. I really appreciate that my engine doesn’t shake anymore and my car no longer gets hot. I took my car To the same mechanic multiple times and I should’ve just taken it to this guy. Very worth the money, glad I did it.

Took my vehicle to JCJ Auto Repair for the first time. I was immediately greeted by Charlie and asked how I could be helped. I needed my axle replaced and a few other minor fixes. I left my vehicle and picked it up before I was told it be ready. They are affordable, professional and great customer service. Joseph walked me through the repairs. I left feeling like a winner knowing i now have a place I can trust. Thank you guys!
