Availability to set up an appointment. Guys at JD were transparent, quick, and communicated with me so I knew what was going on. Knowing I have more work to be done to my vehicle, I will be using them in the future.

I can not recommend JD Automotive Service.  It's not a review I want to write because I really like the people there.   However, the quality of service they provided was terrible and unsafe.  I had work done there multiple times over several months before noticing problems.  I have absolutely no trust in this shop and would never use them again. The last repair done was two engine oil leaks based on their inspection and recommendation.  The long story short version is that one leak wasn't fixed after after 3 trips back they deflected the issue (can't tell where it's coming from/ maybe it's a new leak/ try an after market stop leak additive) and did not stand behind their warranty. Even worse, I also had shocks installed on the front end.  They did a bad install on both Shocks and used cheap shocks with old rusted bolts.  On one of them, they didn't install all the hardware.  They also didn't put back one of the wheel well cover so that's missing.  In the end, the Shock actually came loose and was making a metal clinking noise as it hit other metal parts.  The shock itself was destroyed from banging around.   I  drove my truck in that unsafe condition until I found the issue.  Knowing I no longer trusted this shop I didn't care about a warranty or even considered allowing them to work on my vehicle again.  I decided to get two new Shocks put on.  I'm so glad I did two because when they took the "good" one off with all the hardware, they found out it was over tightened and was also messed up so they were both bad. My first repair there was having my front end suspension work and after the issues I've found after that repair I am really concerned that any of their work was done correctly.  It sucked having to replace the Shocks so soon after getting them put on the first time, but I'm glad it didn't do any further damage to my truck.  It could have been much worse. It was definitely a mistake using this shop. I paid them a lot of money and I learned my lesson the hard way.

This place was awesome! They were extremely professional and hardworking. They get you in and out. Changed my motor out and did an amazing job and great price. Will continue to do business here and most definitely will be recommending to others

This was a difficult task for this mechanic and he fixed the problem in a week and I am grateful for the time that he spent fixing my car and it was the best thing that happened to my car cause my car is older than me and now it runs like it is brand new thank you well recommended

I was told to try this place out I have a 2015 dodge ram that I took to the Dealership and was told they couldn't get the part it was not available this was the 3rd time in the last year so when the fuel pump light code came on I took it back to the Dealership they told me 5 days before they could get to it. I called my warranty company they told me to take it to any place that is certified so JD"S was recommended by my friend so when I called them they said bring it in they would get it in and start on it Wright away so I did and keep in mind I have a warranty with a deductible of 200.00 but they told me it was going to be 502.00 when I ask them why they said that the warranty company told them the only where only paying them a certain part of the repair so I said I need my truck go ahead and do it took it in on Monday they said it would be ready on Wednesday that was great but it wasn't ready no call so I call them to find out that's when they told me it would be ready on Thursday they called me and said it was ready I went to get it and was glad till I went to pay because without even calling 📞 me and telling me that the price was going to be over 600.00 put me in shock it ended up costing me 679.29. When I ask JD he said he didn't figure the price out Wright when he talk to me. Frist of all everyone is great and is very friendly and helpful but they really mark up the price on parts way up I called the dealership and got the price of both parts the truck needed the fuel pump was 479.00 and the Brake module was 378.00 but JD'S charged 739.00 for the fuel pump and over 400.00 the module. As for telling anyone to get work at JD"S make sure you make sure you get the them to put in writing the price if you are using a warranty. Now gust to let I have work it out with my warranty company and have sent them my invoice the are going to give me back 400.00 of the over charge but will take 60days to receive it. I will not use there services anymore because they should honer the warranty companies prices and work that out and at least call the customer if the price is not what they tell you what would have happened if I didn't have the exter money to pay them I couldn't of got my truck from them.

Been here twice on a few tough car issues ranging from AC to tuneups to suspension. Guy who runs it is great, communicative, and price sensitive. He is also creative at solving problems on older and high mileage vehicles. Highly recommend.

This is my first time coming here getting my car fixed and for the price amazing I love it I will be back to this mechanic shop if I need anything else. Coming here to get my axle done I saved $100 dollars from where I was going to go.
