I went here some time last year because of a busted front tire and I remember the service I got from them was top notch ( I forgot to leave a review ✌️) I felt not taken advantage with the pricing and the guy who assisted me wasn’t pushy or something. I recommended them to my colleague who went there too because of the nice service. Today, I went there again and got another stellar service! The guy who helped me ( forgot to get his name) was fast and even checked the air of my unaffected tires! I highly recommend this establishment for their efficient and nice customer service!

2 times at this place. 1st time was perfect, the guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of what my car needed, I got to fix everything he told me to and brought it back to alignment, it was awful, the guy from today had 0 customer service I told him to turn off the suspension or don’t turn off the car but he didn’t reply, after everything one of the guys that fixed my car forgot to torque a nut and it was loose they charged me 40 dollars to tight it up, a little pricy, I didn’t wanted to fight any how I wont go back there and I don’t recommend it at all.

Brought my wife Lexus nx in for a tire repair, Carlos and his team got in done in less than 20 mins. I started talking to Carlos about my Lexus GX and I told him I wanted to keep my stock wheels but have a more aggressive thread. He gave me the best price in town ( I called around) and tires to fit I went with 255 60 19 Toyo AT3. Best service best price!!!!

I thought I was going in to get 2 new tires, wlI waited a couple minutes and they showed me other issues that my car had and explained what was going on. I left my car overnight, they completed the repairs first thing in the morning and I felt the difference right away.

This is my first experience with JD tires. I went to American tire to check my tire as it was very low. He filled it but it was a 3 hour wait to check it and appointments we're booking a week out The next day I spoke to Melissa around 3 and she set up someone to come to my home. He arrived around 530, jacked up the car and said you have a nail. Took it off repaired it in 5 min. I'd rather pay to have someone come out to my home. My time is more precious. This is my new tire place

I am extremely grateful for JD tires coming to my rescue. Sunday night I got a flat on 17, car has no capacity for spares. AAA completely dropped the ball and after 4.5 hours waiting by the side of the road I found my own tow company to bring me home. The next morning I had another mobile tire shop lined up who kept saying they were on the way but never came. 2 hours later I found JD who had a used tire in my size in stock and was to me within 20 minutes. Tire was replaced in less than 10 and I was back on the road. I’m truly grateful for the professionalism provided and just basically grateful they actually showed. I am looking forward to future business with them should the occasion arise.

I called JD Tires because I need a set of tires immediately I called asking if they had my size tires in stock and spoke to Mariana- she was super helpful and sent an application to me for financing I was immediately approved and I had my tires and alignment all in 30 min! This to me is superb customer service. Thanks to the entire JD Tires team. Happy Holidays ⛄️

I have been a customer for 6 years now. So I blindly trusted them and when my girlfriend asked where she should go for new tires, I recommended this place. But they basically took advantage of her and sold her ironman tires that cost ~$70 everywhere else (walmart, amazon, pepboys, etc) for $139 each. So double the price. She ended up paying ~$270 more. It was really sad experience for me and made me lose my trust in them entirely. The tire in question was Ironman GR906 205/55R16 in case anyone else wanted to check.

Estos guys son muy descuidados, le reemplazaron los discos y los frenos a mi ford expedition y Segun ellos la calaron, pero cuando comence a manejarla sacaba humo, cuando la lleve de regreso me dijeron de mala gana que la habian calado y que estaba bien. Son incompetentes y nadie se hace responsable o no saben que hacer, parcel que no tienen ni idea de lo que estan haciendo. Vaya por el trabajo a otro taller no se arriesguen es peligroso dejar que ellos lo hagan.

Febrero -28-2024- No hisieron buen trabajo- compré 4 llantas nuevas - por$922.00 para una Chevy silverado2008- es la tercera vez que boy a este shop tire- conosco a José por tiampo- dejaron la luz del Servise tire monitor system, prendida ! Cada fez. Que pido que revisen los sensores - Cobran $80. 00 Dólares- por 4/ total$320.00 dólares cada vez- creo que los sensores son de mala calidad - Made in China!

JD Tires is awesome. If I could give them a 10 review, I would! My tire busted on my way to work because of a pot hole. They are extremely helpful and can't beat their prices! I'm not from San Jose area, so I just prayed they would be nice people and not try to overprice. I recommend JD Tires 💯 Thank you Charly!

Seriously, BEST customer service ever. If I could give JD Tires & Custom Wheels 10 stars I would. Got an extreme flat tire on Friday evening of a holiday weekend. AAA was able to tow my car home. Since it was unsafe to drive my car even a block, called several mobile tire repair businesses. Finally called JD Tires. Carlos was super helpful—gave me an excellent price, said he’d pick up new tire & could be at my home in SF at 7:00 pm. He drove to SF from San Jose—in a rain storm. Showed up on time, removed flat, balanced new tire in his truck, replaced, & filled all tires w/air. This was all done in under 30 min. Plus new tire is under warranty for a year. To get that kind of service, in this day and age, was beyond impressive. Highly recommend JD Tires.
