The Owner (Technician), and his wife were nice people. However, after several repairs, we wouldn't recommend this shop for service. Business does not provide a written estimate before beginning work, takes long periods of time to complete the most routine/simple jobs, and will leave your vehicle unsecured (windows open, doors unlocked, etc....) in their back yard (shop area). Also, don't leave anything of value in your car.....it may turn up missing. When it comes to the mechanic's work, I would rate it far below average (in my opinion). Nothing he (Carlos) repaired on our vehicles remained "fixed" for long. Also, the prices were incredibly expensive, and would increase the longer they kept our vehicle. My recommendation, run from this business. Nice people, but you will regret doing business with them. Stick with the more traditional shops, with established business practices and procedures. Don't get taken advantage of, and conned by "friendly people."
