This was the best service I’ve ever had on my car. I needed repairs from someone hitting my car. The people at the desk were so nice, the service was so fast— my car was only in the shop a few days, the work looks amazing and my car is so clean. I feel so grateful!!! Thank you!!!! I feel like I’m in a new car again.

Genuinely very impressed with this shop. Other shops wouldn't even look at the car before getting the orders from insurance. The staff here at least took the time to look and see what would likely need to be repaired/replaced. Got me in very quickly for an estimate, and explained the process and gave a timeline. They took care of organizing the rental car and everything. They have a feature that gives you updates on the car via email to let you know expected completion date. They were able to get the car done much quicker then we thought. Picking up the car was great, they explained any changes from the estimate and had the car waiting for us when we arrived. It was even vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. Just very impressed. This is the kind of professional quality help you look for in a local place and they nailed. Will definitely recommend them.

Staff was super friendly, worked well with insurance and enterprise rent a car. Super quick and easy process from estimate to repair. Every other place i called couldn’t fit me in for months, was able to drop my car off here asap and was fixed super quickly, less than a week. Would recommend.

This place is a joke....took my van down in July for inspection... the engine cradle was cracked and I knew it may need I new one and I let the mechanic know when I dropped it off and if it did need a new one let me know the insurance will cover it ...3 weeks go by I call the shop and they inform me it needs a new cradle... well I knew that so I called the insurance company to start the process..so now we in august...I called 2 weeks later and I was told they were having problem... come to find out that my van was lifted on the rack when the garage door was open and crush my roof on the van so now I had wait for their insurance company to pay for the roof repair... now last week of September it was a Friday I was told the van is ready to be picked up.. I go their the thing wasn't even inspected so 3 months go by I get my roofed crushed and no inspection... I leave the van... Friday I get a call it's inspected and ready to be picked up.. I get in the van and the cradle was never tighten down... I can here the undercarriage knocking and swaying under the car .. I had take it down following Monday and they acted like I must hit something then find out the mechanic working on it left everything loose... so 4 moths juss to get a sticked and my roof crushed... then February follong year I take another car down that hit a curb... management promise 2 weeks max... 2 months go by I called they tell me what it needs... i end up going get the parts so I can get the car back ... the car sat and sat ... now it won't start from sitting (not the battery)...they told me to junk it they seem like they didn't want the job no longer... car sat 3 and half years ... I pulled it out of there toncome find out they tore half the motor down and missing have the parts so ... so if u don't like your car and go without one for months at a time or juss wanna a reason to junk it this is the place to go bunch of idiots

Great service and very friendly staff. They did very honest work and we're very prompt about doing it. They handled my insurance claim with Grace and I will surely be back for future work on my vehicle considering I have been looking for a local mechanic that is honest and fair!

I’ve been dealing with this body shop for decades. Dan the manager is awesome. His staff if friendly and nice. They do great work. Easy process. Smooth experience. Highly recommend this body shop. They also do maintenance under the hood and underneath as well!

Wasted two days of work because their website doesn't book appointments properly and the second time they took my diesel truck in and their lifts couldn't handle it (something you should know) and the woman I spoke to at the desk didn't know what a fuel filter was, should of known from the start.

My experience with Jeff Wokutch Auto Shop could not have been better. Staff is friendly and informative. Used them after a car accident as my insurances preferred provider. Their repairs were impeccable, my entire rear end needed to be replaced and it looks brand new. Hopefully I never have to use their service again for the same reasons, but I would rest assured that they are the definition of professional. Thank you!

At the advice of the individuals insurance company that hit my truck they requested that I take my truck to Jeff Wokutch Collision Center. This shop has to be the best in Pittsburgh. They are professional, courteous, trusting, remarkable customer service, timely turnaround, reasonable pricing, and most importantly, exceptional quality repairs. Forgot to mention thatJeff's shop keeps you informed/updated about your vehicle by phone and various social media outlets. I highly recommend this shop.

Edit from 2023: I have been with these guys for more than 6 years now! Anytime my car needs anything I go to them. They remain trustworthy, reliable, and really nice! A lot of the staff has stayed the same over the years and they make an effort to remember their clients which is very nice too. Previous review: I am so happy with these guys. I've had two accidents this year and they were quick, efficient, and did good work, getting the car back to me really quickly! The second time, after a few weeks, I noticed a problem, took it back, and they took care of it promptly. They also dropped me off at work and drove the car back, and then dropped the car off at work for me as well, which was incredibly helpful. I will be using these guys for everything from now on.

Great experience with the team at Wokutch Auto Body. My car was stolen and recovered with extensive external damage and the interior was in rough shape. I worked with Dan, who was incredibly responsive and helpful in providing me all the information I needed. They must have started taking action immediately after I called, because by the next day the car was already at their shop and parts had arrived!! Dan left regular messages updating me on the progress and expected timing. The quality of work is as excellent as the service- they returned my car looking better than brand new. Thank you Dan and team.

I took my car in after a hit and run (it was hit when parked) that caused a decent amount of damage. The service was great, repairs were done quickly, and done well. I'd never been to this shop before, but would recommend them to anyone at this point. Great shop.

These guys do awesome work, always are able to squeeze a repair in, and the turnaround time is also speedy. FYI they have a partnership with enterprise on Babcock Blvd so if you choose to get a rental thru them they meet you at the shop which is an added benefit

Took, VW for inspection, oil change & wipers. They overcharged for oil change , did not change wipers & told me to go to dealership. Since close; tried our Jaguar for inspection; they overcharged for brakes, ordered wrong parts & after inspection ran out; told us to go to dealership. Scam!

I hit a deer back in July and needed my 2016 Altima fixed. I first called two other shops and they couldn't see me for almost two months. Then I called Wokutch and Dan had me bring my car in that same day for an estimate. He was able to get me in for repairs in about 2 weeks when all the parts arrived. In all I needed a new bumper, fender, headlight, and coincidentally needed my inspection as well as a tire rotation. Everything got done and with a nice hookup on the inspection and tire rotation. This was my first time going to Jeff Wokutch Auto Body and they made a lifelong fan for sure!

I took my car there for repair estimates for allstaate due to someone hitting my parked car at my home. All was good until I was told my brand new powerstearing gear that we just paid over 2000 dollars was going to be replaced by a used part and I would lose my 4 year warrenty with Ford. If your looking for business you should help your customers.. Mindy

I’ve always had a good experience taking my cars to Jeff Wokutch Auto Body. They’re good at communicating, honest in their pricing, and great at pointing out potential issues that my vehicles may have in the future (with no pressure to buy something to fix it then and there).
