I had my CRV serviced for a recall problem. They initially told me it would take about an hour and a half, but it was ready in under an hour. They kept me up to date all the way through. Even brought my car to the front door for me when they finished. Thank you Jeff Wyler for awesome service.

Went in for warranty replacement of DRL LED strip. Not expecting replacement today as part would have to be ordered. Pleasantly surprised when Jack told me they had the replacement part in stock and they could install it right then! Of course I said yes and got the job done. So appreciative of the service I received!

I had to get some work done on my Honda CRV and I don't know of more capable hands than Jeff Wyler. Everytime I take my CRV here they get me in and out quickly. Quick to diagnose the problem and find me a solution. They never do any work without asking me first and are easy to get ahold of through convenient methods to me. Overall Kriss and the team at Jeff Wyler treated me wonderfully and I will be back next year to get my annual stuff done like always.

Sean was extremely personable but I am hugely disappointed in the options he gave me and the costs he insisted were involved in replacing a broken seat tilt handle in my Odyssey. I told him what happened to the handle and what I believed was likely wrong, given certain factors, but he insisted that they needed to run a full $215 diagnostic. After agreeing and waiting for a while, I was sent a video by the mechanic verifying exactly what I said was likely wrong and saying that it had been diagnosed by looking at the handle (seeing that it was cracked) and checking the chair function with a pliers (still works fine). This could only have taken a few minutes but I was still charged the full $215. Then I was told that replacing the handle would cost $325. I said I would be looking into other options like replacing it myself, but when I went to pay, Sean said he would reduce the cost to $234, which he said was the cost of the part only, not charging for labor, including only .01% for shop insurance. I declined again. On the way home, I called the parts department at another Honda dealer in town. I was told the part by itself could be purchased directly for about $125. So I now believe I was lied to about the cost and that I spent $215 for an unnecessary diagnostic that did not need to be completed and that probably only took a few minutes. I don’t know who decides what the costs should be at Jeff Wyler Honda, but I feel like I got ripped off, and narrowly avoided getting further ripped off.

Very pleased with my service at Jeff Wyler Honda today! Had several big service items that were mileage related and a few others I hadn’t been able to do. Brandon Jefferson and his staff were able to get me on the schedule and complete all the work and got me caught up . I appreciate them being able to work with me again and the assurance when I take my CRV on the next trip that it’s ready for the road !
