I wish I could leave an actual negative started review here. They completely destroyed a brand new tensioner on my car and then tried to tell me it was already like that refusing to do anything about it. They also left tools under my hood which I was nice enough to return….. but clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Stay away!!!

I showed up 30 minutes before my scheduled oil change appointment early in the morning before I even had breakfast. No one was there and the gate was locked. I called to see if the appointment could be rescheduled and never received a call back. They wasted my time, have poor communication and I won't contact them again.

These guys are highly professional. Jr is my go-to mechanic. I can only speak from my experience, but this is my go-to shop for all of my truck's needs to keep it in pristine shape. Great prices, highly recommend! *NO SMOG CHECKS* the sign painted on the wall is just old tenants next door.

Totally recommend this place. I've been taking my car there for years and Jr is always so nice and reasonably priced. A mechanic I can trust.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST MECHANIC I'VE EVER WORKED WITH! So grateful to come across an honest mechanic shop in Los Angeles. We were having issues with out Chevy Sonic not passing smog. We took it to Jeff's after a quick google search and they went above and beyond. They were able to diagnosis the problem same day and let us know a rough estimate. Unfortunately, to replace the catalytic converter was way out of our budget and instead of Jeff's mindlessly charging us for the repair they went out of their way to research the part- call out to the Chevy dealership- speak to their service department- get some warranty information- and relayed all of that information back to us. Turns out, our catalytic converter was still covered under an emissions warranty and we were able to save about $4k thanks to Jeff's Auto Repair! We will be taking all our cars to Jeff's from now on!

I'am very happy with the work, I had done to my suv, the shop was clean, nice, the whole service experience, was wonderful, they were organize, professional, & courteous, would recommend anyone that wants good service? Go to "Jeff's" auto repair, on the corner of "Adams & Buckingham Rd". In L.A., that's my car's doctor, 😇 wouldn't take my car, any where else. "Thank you", jr.

With all the garbage mechanics and dealers (who are the worst of them all), I only trust Jeff, his wife, and junior for my cars. DONT GO TO ANY OTHER MECHANIC AND NEVER GO TO A DEALER. ONLY USE JEFF'S AUTO!!!

I've been to Jeff's twice now. It is a father and son shop which is really nice and extremely rare. They do good work at a fair price. ***Hey friends, just here for an update. I've not taken my car to Jeff's now for a while but for good reason. My car started acting up and I had my suspicions. I drove it over and both Jeff jr. and his father gave it a listen, and had the same ideas. And to be fair, Jeff Sr. didn't really hear it and wanted me to take him for a ride on the freeway, which we did. And we did. Knock in the upper engine- needs a rebuild but uncertain the extent. So I'm here for a follow up. At the time I couldn't afford it and end up parking the '68 cougar at friend's house and when I picked it up I had moved to Denver. I wanted a tune up before driving up and same conclusion. Engine is shot. So while I ultimately didn't bring it back to Jeff's it was more a matter of logistics than distrust but 2 separate mechanics gave me the same plan, and Jeff had some of the more affordable solutions for rebuilds. I've since dropped a new engine in the car and don't even live there anymore, but felt you should know, these are good folks, who do their best and do good work which I've been able to verify through time and other mechanics. But please, don't go barging in here expecting a fleet to fix your car while you wait, because this is a father/son operation with mom manning the phones. Great for classic car owners who need help.
