I am very satisfied with the Jeff's garage staff because they are so friendly and the price is cheaper than other companies. I contacted them because it was a mixture of gasoline and diesel by mistake, but they explained and fixed everything perfectly. In addition, we carried out brake pads, brake oil, tire rotation, etc., and we received a lot of promotions, so we were very satisfied with the amount. I recommend this store, and I 100% recommend the Jeff’s Garage because I am satisfied with the quick, accurate, and service.

Jeff is a cheap guy I have known him for 10 + years , cuts corners every chance he can and installs parts wrong. He “did an oil change” on my mom’s car once and it caught fire, did not try to make it right until legal action was threatened. I also referred a friend to Jeff’s to get their AC fixed, Jeff made it worse and caused an oil leak leaving that vehicle smoking and in disrepair. Jeff does not do thorough pre purchase inspections of vehicles that are brought to him. Jeff also does not honor warranty that he provides. Avoid this man, his staff is okay, but not Jeff, Jeff is the embodiment of shady car salesman, not a single honest bone in his body.

I am a customer of Jeff's garage for almost 7 years. Jeff is very helpful and explains the issue in detail. He pays attention to details. I found Jeff's garage little expensive than other local garage but the quality of service is far better. By mistake we had pumped diesel in my car instead of a petrol. He helped fixed it and no issues afterwards. He has options with and without insurance.

Pity I cannot give them more stars. Technician Larry and the owner Mr.Jeff did awesome work! Quick, efficient, and friendly. Larry thought something was wrong, and discovered a missing bolt, which could have been resulted in a severe mishap! Strongly recommended!!!

산타크라라 사시는 분들은 절대 이곳에 가지 않기를 바랍니다. 저는 이곳에 towing을 해서 가져다 두고 고칠수 있는지를 물었습니다. 문제는 엔진이 문제가 있는것을 제가 잘 알고 있었습니다 . 타고 가다가 운행중에 차가 시동이 꺼지고 엘셀이 안되는 현상이었습니다. 점검하는데 일주일이 넘게 걸려서 이유를 찾지 못했다고 하더군요 그런후에 starting motor가 문제라고 하더군요 그런후에 다시 엔진에 문제가 있다고 5800불 수리비가 나온다고 하더군요 어이가 없더군요, 그래서 제가 고치지 않겠다구 하니 자신들이 starting motor를 갈았다고 하더군요 그래서 어이가 없어 아니 점검하는데 무슨 파트를 갈고 그것을 비용청구하냐구 했더니, 그럼 점검비를 달라구 하더군요 그래서 260불이나 청구해서 참으로 세상에 눈뜨고 코비어가는 곳이 아직도 있구나 생각했습니다. 스타팅 모터는 운행중에 사용되지도 않는데 그것이 문제라구 하고 또 몇일 있다가 엔진이 문제라고 말하더군요 제가 처음부터 엔진에 피스톤이 깨진것 같다구 말했는데, 제생각엔 경험도 부족하고 자동차에 대해서 아무것도 모르는 곳인것 같습니다. 제가 시간이 되면 이 차를 고치려고 집으로 가져왔습니다. 근처 이용하는 분 중에 자동에 대해서 모르는 분들은 가면 바가지에 코까지 비어갈 곳입니다. 절대 가지마시기 바랍니다.

My car was broken into and the key ignition was destroyed. The mechanic helped me look for the available parts in the area and even got some shipped from overseas to get the job done. He was also transparent with the pricing.

Shout out to Jeff and his team! My car needed to be checked out and serviced before driving to Louisiana. Jeff had me come back a few days before I departed to give my car a quick relook over. I made it here safe and sound, in a Jeff's checked it first, honestly serviced car. They set a standard hard to find now days.

별점 주기도 아깝습니다. 나는 아니겠지가 아니고, 바로 당신이 다음 희생자가 될수 있습니다. 아래의 나쁜후기에 이제는 내가 그런 희생자임을 알겠더군요. 차에 대하여 잘 모르는 분은 가지 마시길. 타이어 편마모가 생겼습니다. 자동차 수리를 하러 가면, 원인은 여러개가 있을수 있습니다. 그중 가장 비싼 수리를 요구하네요. 나중에 하도 의심이 되서 다른곳에서 알게 되었습니다. 하지만, 이미 돈은 쓰고난 뒤, 정말 사기당한 느낌. 악덕 한국 수리점과 똑같다는 생각이 듭니다. 큰 비용이 드는 수리는 귀찮지만, 다른곳에서도 확인을 꼭 해보시길 바랍니다. 별점이 나쁘면 이유가 있습니다. It's not even worth giving a star rating. I'm not going to be, you could be the next victim. From the bad reviews below, now I know I'm one of those victims. If you don't know much about cars, don't go. Tire wear has occurred. When it comes to car repairs, there can be several reasons. They are asking for the most expensive repairs. Later, I became suspicious, so I found out about it elsewhere. However, after spending the money already, I feel really cheated. I think it's the same as the evil Korean repair shop. Expensive repairs are cumbersome, but be sure to check elsewhere. If the star rating is bad, there is a reason.

I e been going to this shop for months and in the beginning I thought they were punctual and service as great but as the months went by the service and the work they’ve done on my vehicles started getting really bad. I have a bmw 330 ci that they’ve been working on for months now and every time I had a problem I would bring it here and each time I brought it back Jeff and his workers would tell me that my car would be done in a day or two anyhow I come back and still not done. So Jeff would tell me that they are to busy that I would have to bring it back another day. To many issues with my cars after they worked on it as a matter of fact my bmw motor is now at another shop so I can get it repaired cuz the motor blew up

I regularly take my car here because they're very respectful of people's time and never push for any unnecessary repairs. Plus if you come during an off hour, they'll get your oil changed in like twenty minutes!
