I took my 2015 Chrysler minivan into them starting in November have spent over $3000 plus with them first I initially took them my vehicle to get my spark plugs done and a tune up and then they proceeded to tell me I needed a transmission flush. Saying I had junk and leaves in my transmission fluid when I can't even get to my transmission area and mechanic has to get to that area so I got that done and my spark plugs and my Passengers side button for the window to go up and down fixed.Within 2 and a 1/2 weeks later all the of a sudden I have multiple leaks! I'm talking about multiple leaks in my vehicle!!! My radiator is messed up saying has a hole in it. My Line to my transmission are messed up. My timing covers leaking. My transmission cooler lines are leaking. My oil cooler is leaking. I ended up having to take it to a dealership Because I no longer trust you guys and your work!!! They're telling me that there's no way all of this would just break at 1 time. When I brought it to you guys it was running fine it just needed a tune up just wanted to make sure for winter get spark plugs done. Nothing was leaking on it WHATSOEVER!! I get it back from you guys and I have multiple multiple issues. All you're trying to do is get more and more money from me as a woman not being a mechanic. I told them that I had an extended warranty they took the number down and the claimed number 4 of them to be able to call then to come to find out the second time when I bring it in and I keep asking WHY they haven't seen if any of the work that's done was covered or not oh we we Don't use that type of Vehicle warranty that should have been told to meet the first time I brought it to you guys I just assumed that you had called so I kept asking and to find out you never even called them. I would never trust to tell any of my family members to come here or any of my friends. The whole reason why I came here is because I thought you guys were a family owned and I wanted to keep it into the community. I was so so wrong. I should have just kept taking it to a dealership. However the technician and mechanic that you had work on my vehicle destroyed it beat it and destroyed my vehicle and cost me now over $5,000 more almost. Hopefully with going to the dealership my vehicle warranty will help me bring some of this costs down still right before the holiday season and you guys decide to destroy someone's vehicle just because you think it's cute she doesn't know everything about a vehicle let's get over on her!

These guys do top notch work for a good price. I’ve never been unhappy with the work they’ve done and they are extremely punctual with their communication and timelines. My fiancé and I will be bringing our vehicles to Jensen from this point forward!

Several fantastic things about my experience. First, my multiple interactions with Roger were all A+! He has a way of explaining car issues that is very informative and he made sure I understood without being condescending. He was even graceful when I was flabbergasted at the incredibly reasonable price to fix my issue. Second, I took my car in a day early from my appointment and Dave got looked at it the same day! A dealership would never. Diagnosed and fixed a whole day ahead of schedule. Third, WOW what reasonable pricing! I almost feel bad considering how amazing my experience was. Crooks If the work you take you're car in for is not enough money for them they will tell you. You need other things associated with the work you asked them to do are broke and you also need that fixed. It's a old trick to jack up you're bill up to the amount they are more comfortable with. Took my car to another shop after they done the bill jack up trick and what they said they found was broke was not broke. So I would not trust this shop. If you know nothing about fixing cars they will take advantage of you. They do pick their targets.

Dave and his team were straightforward and honest when quoting a price for changing fluids and filters, and diagnosing a strange suspension noise. They were also able to find replacement front suspension parts for my rare sport sedan quickly, and they all pitched in to get my car done on the same day. I’m very pleased with Jensen Service (no relation btw) and will use their services in the future!

I generally in times past fixed my own vehicles but have been looking for a trustworthy place to take vehicles to as I get older and the cars get more complicated. I had them work on my Honda and they were very prompt, fair and they communicate a lot better than many other places I've tried. I'll have them do more work when I need it and I've tried a bunch of places with mediocre results. Jensen delivered, nice place with nice honest folks.

I've been taking my vehicles to Jensen Service and Diagnostic for almost 25 years. They are a small family owned business, and do excellent work at fair prices. Multiple times they have saved me money and time with their excellent service and recommendations. They don't try to oversell and expertly explain what items need to be fixed immediately, and what can be addressed within a service appointment or 2. I can't recommend them highly enough.

First time customer recently. Had a couple issues with my 2006 Silverado. I had an idea of what the issues where. Roger and me talked about it a bit. The techs put it on the rack and did pressure tests for the other issues. They fixed them. Didn't just throw parts at the issue. No crazy diagnostic fees. Straight forward good service. I'll be back.

I had a big problem with my BMW's timing chain and variable drive system, and Jensen was able to work with my extended warranty company, keep me apprised of repair status, and complete some very difficult disassembly, reassembly and testing. Hats off to Jensen for their professional and personable approach, they are very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.

I just can't say enough good things about Dave and Mike Jensen and their amazing team. A true generational family business with decades of experience (and we've been taking our cars there for a couple of those decades!), these guys are always honest and incredibly thorough. On one occasion, they researched the repair they were doing on my Buick and discovered an old service alert that meant I could possibly get reimbursed for some of the repair. They helped me submit the paperwork and remained available throughout the process until my refund was successfully processed. They didn't have to do that, I already paid them. But that's the kind of personal service and attentiveness you get from them. Highly recommend!

I've been using Jensen for 10+ years. They shoot you straight and give the best service around. Getting to talk directly to the owners in my book is the best part. They truly care about there customers. Also there front guy Rodger is full of knowledge and I feel like I can ask him anything. I've sent all my friends to them and they get the same service I do.

Jensen Diagnostic is very trustworthy. Our 2011 Toyota Corolla was leaking oil. The dealership said it would cost $2,142 to repair. We sought a second opinion from Jensen Diagnostic. They said it was a minor repair....basically it just needed an oil change for $37. It was completed the same day and hasn't leaked oil since. Jensen saved us more than $2,000! We are very grateful.

Phenomenal. We were traveling through Omaha when our alternator went out on our Suburban. The owners Mike amd Dave went out of their way to provide same day emergency service and even went the extra mile proving a ride back to my hotel. As a business owner myself, I know how difficult it can be to provide excellence and these guys nailed it.

I have to give the guys a Jensen a giant shout out. My dealer told me my car required a brake job and quoted me $1900. I thought this sounded steep so declined and took the car over to Jensen to get it repaired, knowing it would be less and the job would be done right. To my surprise I receive a call and they told me my car did not required repair for a least another 15,000 miles. Jensen, thank you for your honesty. I will be back in 15,000 miles!

Our family has used Jensen Service & Diagnostic for several years on our Honda Accords and our Duramax equipped pickup with zero come-backs. I drive my vehicles up to 1200 miles a week for work. I'm always confident in their work when I hit the road after each appointment. They also treat my wife and children with respect when they bring their cars in for work. We were recommended by a different mechanic to visit Jensen Service for a big electrical problem our car was having. I am so glad we had them look into it because they were able to find the problem within the day and had it fixed and running like new again that same week. Prices are fair as well! I have been taking my cars here since I was a teenager (20+ years and 12 cars) They are thorough at evaluating a car and charge a fair price. Additionally, they found an issue with my 1989 Pontiac that 3 other shops couldn’t figure out. One of the engine bolts was gone and when the engine revved the front half lifted up. Eventually the back bolt would have given way and the engine could have made contact or come through the hood. I have always been thankful they found that. Taking a possible new-to-me truck there tomorrow to make sure it is not a lemon.

I have known Dave for years. No one else works on my vehicle because I trust no one else. I'm always told up front what might price will be and it's definitely always lower then the dealer. They use quality parts and have quality guys. I've never had a single problem with any issue that these guys have worked on ever again.

After many bad experiences trying to find an auto shop with good & trust worthy mechanics, I was referred to Jensen Service & Diagnostic. I am happy to say, this business is everything I was looking for. I'll never take my car anywhere else.They're masters. They're professional & serious about their work. They're thorough. Example, when I take my (old) car in for an oil change, they really do check ALL, the fluids. And they give my car a thorough check up. And, to my relief, unlike other auto shops, they dont try to guilt me into unnecessary work. They're prices are reasonable. What a relief, I can finally take my car in to be worked on, with confidence that the mechanics are the best and totally honest! .
