Every person I interacted with was very friendly and explained issues with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. They had the vehicle fixed and back to me in a day. I appreciated that there wasn’t any attempt to upsell or sell me on products or services unrelated the the vehicle issue that I had.

I came by to get a tire patched, and it was done quickly at a reasonabke cost. The employees were very courteous, professional, and not pushy. The shop is kept clean and tidy. It's nice to have a Jensen Tire shop in Gretna.
