My husband placed a call voicing a concern with our experience regarding our vehicle being serviced at a franchise location. They listened, took notes and responded quickly. Hopefully the attention to detail improves. No one should be sent out on the road with their vehicle in a dangerous condition like we were. It was 100% avoidable.

Jensens customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered from any type of business especially from District manager Jay that looks over the 90th and Maple location. I HIGHLY recommend FINDING SOMEWHERE ELSE to take your car. The hood came up and smashed the windshield and they will not own up to or help us with the damages caused by their monumental mistake.

Love the service I would receive. 5-star all the way. Was close to the house. I literally walked home after dropping off my car and walked back to pick it up. But I work Monday to Friday. And Jenson's is no longer open Saturdays. I can understand the decision. I don't like it and will have to take my business elsewhere. Hope this is not the end of Jenson. Going to banker hours is a poor move.
