I was overcharged $180 for a diagnostic because Hal thought I chose to take it to Firestone for the same work for $140 less, it was pure retaliation. I have been taking two cars there for at least 4 years and have spend over 5-6 thousand dollars. This time we decided to just get rid of the 2001 Bonneville with 300K miles. I only told him Firestone would do the work for less to see if he would negotiate a loyal customer. I did throw a tantrum and used curse words due to my shock at this horrific overcharge. A slap in the face. My 19 yo grandson witnessed my anger and I apologize to him. This was really wrong on so many levels!

We have been coming to this Jensen auto for years. The people here used to be great, but just like everything else costs have skyrocketed. The last time I was there I spent $$$$ and they did not even fix the problem.

Loved Hal! Great customer service and patience when we knew the exact tires we wanted. He looked in their inventory and found them in Minnesota and had them shipped within 3 days. Once I got to my appointment they had 4 new tires mounted and an alignment done and I was out the door in an hour.

Service here was nothing short of fantastic. Had a flat tire on New Years Eve morning. I called and they said they could get me in although they were closing earlier than normal due to the holiday. Ended up finding a 2nd tire with a nail in addition to the original flat, and due to that and tread differences I needed 4 new tires. I ask a lot of questions to feel good about purchases like this, and they were so helpful, knowledgable, and kind. After I picked a set, the tires were brought super quick from the warehouse and they worked fast to get them on and do an alignment. They seriously saved the day, and I'll be going there for other services from now on as well. Thank you guys!
