Awesome staff. Very helpful. I needed new tires and maybe brakes. They got the new tires on and looked at the brakes and said i didn't need them yet. Didn't charge me for the brake check.

Steve and the team at Jensen (near 84th & Center) are fantastic! I'm continually impressed EVERY single time I take my car for servcie. I rolled in with a pothole-destroyed tire at 3:30pm. Nearly half a dozen other customers in front of me, and they still called to tell me my car was ready to ride before 5:30p, EARLIER than promised! I'll definitely be returning next time I need oil changed, and/or any tire service. Thank you Steve!!

They were very friendly and welcoming. I needed emergency replacement of two tires. They were quick to assess the damage and recommend three options. Withn a short time the work was done. That day they were very busy and shorthanded but made time for me! I am so appreciative of their help!

Went in today they were very friendly answered all my questions were very quick even though they were short staffed had an oil change and above all my car runs like she’s brand new definitely going back

I spoke with the Staff, they were knowledgeable and began service within 10-15 min. Of arrival. It took a little over an hour and the final cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them again!

Great customer service at Canfield location. It starts with everytime I call they answer the phone professionally, friendly and ready to help. They’ve never tried to offer a service that my car didn’t need. Integrity. They respect my time. And what I appreciate the most is that they are true to their word. Honorable. Got a flat from a tire you bought from them? They will plug it asap free of charge and will put the tire back on. They got a great team at Canfield location (84th St South of Center) Best Jensen Tire location that I’ve been to

Had a flat tire at my home. Spoke with Don who sent a technician to my home to inflate tire. Determined needed a new tire. Drove to Jensens, new tire put on, all within 1 hour. So very appreciative of service! Great teamwork

After a long time being a loyal customer they tried to charge me almost 700 dollars for a diagnosis and a battery . Turns out they didn't even check the battery and it was nearly new. Another place fixed my problem for a 10 dollar part . Instead of 160 something for a diagnostic and 540 for a 200 dollar battery and 5 min of work My family will NEVER be back

Dropped off vehicle in early morning at Jensens. New tires, balancing, mounting, etc. was completed at end of the day. Great service, great communication. Happy with the new tires, smooth and quiet ride with the new tires. High recommend to have Jensen Tires to do the work.

My dad needed tires and brake pads after getting a flat. He can’t walk very far and didn’t have alternative transportation. Jensen on 84th and Center took care of us in 3 short hours. I am grateful.

i went to this place last friday my car was overheating due to no coolant, i had them take a look i paid 500 dollars for something that was not inspected at all anti freeze was leaking everywhere i went back to see if they could tighten the cap they come out and tell me its going to be 2022.00 to fix my radiator i walked out and called my brother he talked to them they tried to lie to him about what was done. he asks for cooperates number and they hang up in his face! very unprofessional i never write reviews but $2022 for a mistake on there part very disappointing
