I've been with Jensen Tire for 25 plus years and they are honest and will get your vehicle on the road again. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because this is the 3rd time after getting an oil change that they haven't reset the (Time for an oil change) in my vehicle's computer system and every time I start my car my ding, ding goes off. I've reminded them the last 2 times but I was going to see if they had got it right this time but not. I spoke with a lady named Mat a few times throughout the day and she did a superb job a was professional and polite. Thanks Jensen Tire, need to remember to reset oil change on vehicle's computer.

Great bunch of guys. Changed my tired quickly. But I forgot to ask to put air in my back tires. I will use them again for all my vehicle repairs.

Particularly my visit was standardly okay I think the best part of my visit what are the woman sitting at the front desk she was very kind professional. I just think for what I had done was a little bit overcharged but neither here nor there all together I give them four star was not bad service

I purchased my tires at Jensen Tires but at a different location. This location is literally a block from where I live so I get my Tires rotated & pressure cked from time to time. However, they always seem very impatient & in a hurry and brush me off when I have questions. I only still go there because it's so convenient but uncomfortable when I do

Jensen tire treated us very well. Would definitely recommend this auto shop. Nat at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Really appreciated Daniel’s explanations of the issues with the car. He walked me through and helped me understand exactly what was going on. I value honest feedback and feel that is what I got at this Jensen location.

I had leak in a tire. I called multiple places and everyone said they were packed til next day. Until I called Jensen tire on 90th n L st. They told me they can help me if I could get there right away. I got there in 10min and they took 15 fixing it. Thanks again! In the future you will be my first place to call if I need anything.

I’ve been coming here for years. First with my Chevy and now with my Toyota. I don’t get talked down to or sold repairs I don’t need. Team is fast and nice. I’ll definitely be back.
