I went to Jensen on the recommendation of my mechanic at Omaha Car Care. I had hit a deep culvert that had caused a knot on the side of my tire. Within 24 hours, my tire was losing pressure. I stopped by Jensen and ask them if they could replace the tire right away. Much to my relief, and even though I heard them scheduling service for several days out, they were immediately accommodating. Within an hour and a half, I was on my way with a new tire and without any pressure to buy more than one. I appreciate the honesty and integrity they showed and will recommend them at every opportunity!

Had an appointment at 8 am just for tire balance and an alignment. 230 comes around I had to leave outta town and they still hadn’t done anything to my car.im sure that was enough time to get that taken car of. I’ve never had any bad experiences here but this last time got me pretty upset. Customer service wasn’t as good as the other times I been there. Made an appointment right next door at Firestone, my car was ready in less than 2 hours

Brought my 95 ford f150 for an alignment they work fast no waiting at all. Same day service unlike other places. Very happy with the service I'm going back for sure. Net visit will be for new tires.

I stopped in to have my tire checked without an appointment and they were able to get me taken care of in less than an hour. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and accommodating.

Mike and the staff were very helpful. I had a slow leak in a tire and dropped in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday. I didn't think there'd be time but they took it right in. The work was done quickly and done right. Very happy with the work done.

The current manager Mike at this store is great. Mike has been my go to guy for our company fleet as well as my personal vehicles. Mike is honest with you and will work hard to fit into your budget and needs as the consumer. I would follow him to any store he manages.

Went in for an oil change and they accepted my walk in even with the full waiting room. Took less than an hour. Also out of courtesy they filled my tires up and added windshield wiper fluid. Such a great crew! Highly recommend
