I’m giving this Jensen Tire and Auto a shitty one star review!!! Much rather do business with the one in Council Bluffs! I was told it would take 30 minutes to fix a flat tire and I was there for almost an hour and a half an they hadn’t even taken the time to look at it and the guy sitting at the desk in the shop area had a pretty piss poor attitude saying he didn’t have a ticket on file to look at the car and also you had some mechanics standing around and one even laying down! Also over heard them tell some poor girl it would take 2-2 1/2 hours to do a transmission flush for her car… absolutely ridiculous. Need new management and new employees in this place!

They were great at fixing the car and offered upfront (and accurate) timelines and prices for fixing things! Brought the car in without calling ahead and they had in fixed by the afternoon!

Visiting from out of town with a rental car with a flat tire in need of replacement. John had the tire in stock, quoted me a price and had me on my way within 30 minutes of the wrecker delivering the car to Jensen at 2010 Harney.

These guys were professional, communicated well, and gave reasonable expectations as to the timeframe of the work. They balanced, patched, and sent me on my way. 10/10 would recommend. I’ve seen certain reviews about the “Attitudes”, But I don’t expect a good mechanic to also be in hospitality (he’s a mechanic). They got it done right and within a reasonable amount of time.

This is the go to place if you need an oil change or almost any service on your car. They are quick, efficient and go the extra mile to make sure that your car is safe and roadworthy. I have had excellent service from this auto shop and they even have done work for me for free that they didn’t have to do. I strongly recommend Jensen tire and auto for your auto care needs.

Had a good experience with Jensen Tire today . I didn’t feel like they were trying to gouge me with pricing in fact they called around to get the best price on my wheel bearings. And didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. Thanks!

Phenomenal service. Needed a patch in my tire, got me in same day and was gone in 45 minutes. Even went above and beyond to put the spare properly back in. Couldn’t recommend any higher

NOT TO HAPPY. TOOK MY F250 THEIR FOR OVER HEATING ISSUES. THEY Recommended SOME REPAIRS TO FRONT END AND FLUSH COOLANT. AFTER 1300 IN COST TRUCK STILL OVER HEATS. THEY OFFERED TO LOOK AGAIN AND TELL ME they think BAD MOTOR NOW AFTER THE 1300 IN REPAIRS.

I have been bringing my car to these guys almost a year already. Ray and Ron go above and beyond to do whatever they can do take care of my car. Thank you guys for being so patient even when I ask 20 questions. 😁 You all ROCK!!!!
