It was my first time at this place, and I really appreciated the time they took with my vehicle. They replaced my headlight and checked my rear tire which had a minor leak. The guys were nice enough to only charge me for the headlight fix and even filled up all my tires for me. Comfortable waiting room, kind employees. I’d definitely go again.

Brought the car and I had no appointment and they took me anyway. I had tire issues and a bulb out. They fixed the tires and bulb and had me ready to go very quickly. I appreciated that they fixed the tires without haggling me to get new ones. Honesty and quality are definitely their core values. Kudos and five stars.

As always, Jensen is THE place to go. I have never had a bad or unfair experience. The Omaha, Harney St. location is where I usually go. I worked with Tom V. who provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and straight forward when explaining the work my vehicle needed. Absolutely willing to go the extra mile. Thanks Tom!

I simply needed a wiper blade that went missing during a high wind storm and Mike discovered a discrepancy in the sizes and took care of replacing them and stated because if the holiday spirit he would apply the employee discount. He was courteous and promptly took care of getting me on my way! Awesome service.

One of the gentlemen was very pushy on buying more services/parts/and even a membership (which included a credit card). I spoke with a different guy first before having my car towed there for a simple tire replacement and the estimated total was a lot lower. Eventually got it back down to that price, but I won't be back. Don't want to deal with people like that.

They were able to get my vehicle in for an alignment right away and had it done in less than an hour. I am super happy with the service they provided and would recommend them if you want fast quality service.

They were so kind and helpful! I had to leave by a certain time, and they went out of their way to ensure my tire was fixed by then. Many of the employees checked in on me and made sure that I had been helped and didn’t need anything else. I highly recommend them!!

I called with an emergency. They squeezed me in because they had an open bay. I was on my way in 30 mins. They were even kind to my autistic son. What a blessing thanks guys.
