Andrew was my Service Rep. He did a Great job telling me about the tires they have available and the performance of the tires based on the patterns of the tread. The tires I chose prior to putting them on I requested to see on. I believe her name was Cassandra she showed me the tire. They were put in. Andrew explained it's up to me if an alignment is needed if I want to do it or not but to check is free. I did need an alignment and accepted that Service. Andrew was very professional and courteous so was Cassandra. Comfortable Professional and Great environment.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. A family member brought her car here after it started overheating. After "diagnosing" they said that the water pump had gone out. The car has 37,000 miles on it. They told us it would take them 2.5 hours to replace the water pump. It should take less than an hour to remove a belt and replace the water pump. They charge $155/h. They then called us about 2 hours later and proceeded to tell us that the alternator was going bad on the car after 37k miles. They said the part would cost $1200 and it would take them 1.9 hours to replace it. What a joke. The alternator on rockauto.com costed $540. They wanted to charge $140 for a water pump kit and $40 separate for the water pump gasket. I bought a water pump kit THAT INCLUDED THE GASKET for $40 on rockauto.com. UM, HELLO? Doesn't a kit mean that it would come with the gasket? These guys are literal crooks that will prey on people that do not know any better. After refilling the coolant and monitoring for leaks throughout the system on our own the water pump is completely fine and the alternator is charging the battery perfectly. Total they wanted to charge her $2800 to replace the alternator and the water pump.

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. They will lie to you and try to sell you things you don't need. My friend came in and they tried selling her a water pump and alternator for $3000...... $40 FOR A GASKET??? THEY AREN'T EVEN $3. Her car doesn't even have 40k miles. The car runs perfectly, no leaks or anything.

Good customer service. Not too busy today. Quickly got vehicle in and diagnosed problem maybe 10-20 min. However, took 1-1.5 hr. to get new tire on n ready to go?.?.?.? Huhmmn.

Misquoted me price of diagnostic. The quote was extremely high for work stated that needed done. And I left with a noise under car I've never had. Don't know if they did something to it to cause me to return or not .

I have been having a problem with a slow leak on one tire; then another tire was flat when my granddaughter went to leave. I told her to take it to a Jensen's that was close. They repaired the slow leak, but the flat couldn't be fixed. They found me a pair of replacements for a lower cost and got my granddaughter on the road.
