had 9 AM appointment for new tires. Dropped off the car, was told ready in about 90 minutes. Returned at 11 AM car hadn't been touched.. " Sorry" was the response. took 2 more hours to replace tires. Why did I bother with an appointment ?

Had my tire fixed,nothing hard,they fixed it in few hours,pretty good price and didn’t take too long ,so good job,but five years ago I had a blazer that nobody could figure out what was wrong with it,it took them a few weeks,but they did figure it out and fixed it.that’s y I still go there

Had a flat on my pick-up. Checked the tires with a penny and decided to get new tires. Took to Jensen Tire on North 90th. They gave me several options for tires and got it in and completed by end of day. Very helpfull and courteous.

I was visiting Omaha & got a nail in.my tire late afternoon. Someone sent me to Jensen Tire & Auto & they got the tire fixed & I was soon back on the road within an hour. They were AWESOME!

Went to Jensen tire and they had the tire I need it for my trailer in stock. I planned on leaving it there and picking it up in the morning, but Andrew the store manager and his staff had my removed and replaced in less than 15 minutes. Could not have asked for better service. Andrew even had his employee load the tire into the back of my truck. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Great service! Cassandra (sp?) was very nice, very personable. The manager was there and was also very helpful when explaining a lil issue I had. The interior of the place was clean, very open, and had a little coffee set up if you were interested. Ended up needing more than I thought I did but I certainly wasn’t surprised by anything. Fast service, I was there for maybe an hour total. Would recommend, and will be back!

If I could give no stars, I would! All the vehicle needed was an alignment, andrew the manger called said i was missing cotter pins and sway bar linkage had the washer on the wrong side of rubber grommet, and they couldn't align the vehicle. I okayed the labor to replace missing pins and swap the washer, 6plus hours later, they called and informed me they weren't going to work on my vehicle. If they can't sell you a bunch of repairs, they don't want to touch your vehicle. Absolute con artists. I OKAYED the labor to make repairs. They just didn't do it
