Came in with a low tire (turned out to be a large nail) and they repaired it while I waited. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great place!

I am always pleased when I go to my Jensen #19. This time as for an oil change and new tires. They are curteous, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. They don’t try to upsell or over charge you. I feel confident sending my kids to use Jensen with their vehicles too.

Very respectable staff, quick service, price for mount and balance was a little higher than other tire shops, but I still choose this location due to my positive experiences in the past. I Would rather have peace of mind that things are done right.

Poor experience, did not rotate tired as advertised. Notified employee and ask for a refund of some kind. Employee told the tire change was included in the price. I said yes I understand but they didn’t do it. I left won’t be back.

Really great experience here. I had a relatively small problem, but one that I couldn't do myself at home. Jensen Tire & Auto saw me quickly, and they resolved everything fast and at a great price. Very happy with my experience at this location.

Hey these guys were fast and friendly! I dropped some tires and rims off at 4pm and they had them done and ready before 6pm close!!! NOTE: They were super busy!
