The service was outstanding from Mike at the front desk, Josh in the shop gave me a very thorough explanation of what he recommended I address, and they did not pressure me into spending any extra money I wasn't willing to spend. I will be back!

Thank you, Jensen Tire! I was slowly losing air in a tire, so asked Jensen to take a look. They found the valve stem was misaligned just a bit, creating a slow leak. Easy fix for them. NO CHARGE for me! (They could have very fairly charged me a fee for the labor that went into checking out the tire - but they did not!) I so appreciate Jensen - they are always fast, efficient, and transparent about what needs to be done and why. Our family's go-to for most everything related to our vehicles.

Friendly service and had me out the door in 45 min for oil change. I have a 2005 chevy colorado that I adore, I ask the front guy Dillion, which change he thinks is good for high mileage. I was expecting him to quote me the highest package, instead he recommended the lower price, saying he does this for all his high mileage trucks. Honest feedback on what service I should do next and fairly priced. So far I enjoy and will be back! I've been back with a horrible issues with my heater and Josh put forth his best work and my rich is running like new. I will always come back to this store

Brought a set of new take off wheels and tires in to have tpms sensors put in wheels, put new tires and wheels on vehicle, and mate sensors to vehicle. I was quoted $225. Well for that price all I got was tpms sensors installed in wheels and out the door. They didn't even balance the wheels after the work, in which they did after I asked, but they said they will throw that in. Had to wait another hour because they were busy
