I was in for a yearly inspection. I was in the lobby and they came in and said they couldn't do the inspection because the computer was down. They said it had been happening for a while. Then why didn't they cancel the appointment? Goodbye Jerome's

I took my car for a problem at the parking brake after inspection failed. They told me that brake has to be replaced, they look for a new parts and they did not find it so they said that with an adjustment will be ok. It is weird. when I went to pick up my car the lady on the front desk has very racist and discriminating with me because I did not understand why they did another inspection to my vehicle and I was charged for it. The lady has problems with Latin people. My vehicle was returned with my interior broken and not correct attached. I came back and the fixed but my plastic interior still broken and with marks of the screwdriver. They did not returned the money for the inspection that I did not authorized to do. I am still insecure for my vehicle because I do not understand why the change from brake replacement to only an adjustment...…I am not coming back.

SLIGHTY TERRIFIED...that's how I feel when I have car trouble. My thoughts run to what is the problem, how much is it gonna cost and the absolute worst, Where Do I Take it?!! However, since I have found Jerome's Auto I've felt CONFIDENT and SATISFIED! I know that whatever the problem, this shop will FIX the problem, charge me FAIRLY and let me know what they're gonna do every step of the way. And they know how to fix fussy imports like mine, a Volvo s60 t5🙃

I have had them work on my car multiple times now and have never been disappointed. They are quick, efficient and extremely well priced. I trust them implicitly; they have saved me $$ by telling me I don't need to worry about something, instead of my prior experiences of having mechanics price gouge. I don't know anything about cars, and it's refreshing to be able to go somewhere that I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. They have a lifer customer in me!
