Can't say enough great things about Sal and Jersey Village Automotive. I visited Jersey Village Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection on a potential vehicle. Sal was extremely knowledgeable and informed me about all of the pros and cons of the vehicle. He asked me questions about my current needs and what I was looking to get out of my next vehicle. He then recommended some other makes and models that were more reliable than the vehicle I brought in. He even took the time to search and locate some vehicles that were nearby and would satisfy my needs. I have to say I was very impressed. Using the information provided by Sal, we located another vehicle that seemed to be more reliable and brought it back to Sal. He explained to us some background information on the vehicle and informed us right off the bat that it was a better choice than the vehicle previously brought in. I paid for the pre-purchase inspection and was informed of everything that would be checked on the vehicle. Sal was able to get the vehicle thoroughly inspected in a short amount of time. I was provided a full report on everything that was inspected. Sal went over the report with me in-detail and gave his final thoughts. I appreciate the honesty and excellent customer service provided by Sal and Jersey Village Automotive. While other places look to get quick money by using dishonest business practices, Sal and Jersey Village Automotive use honesty and good work to earn long-term customers that benefits both parties.

They can't seem to be open on time. Even if you make plans to be there in the morning so you can get done in time for work they are late to open.

Driving into work, I got a piece of rebar stuck under my car. I pulled off the freeway and called the closest place to me. They saw me right away and had it fixed within the hour!

Great experience! Texted me what they recommended and the cost estimate within 2 hours. I had the option to approve or decline each recommendation. Car was ready with AC recharge, new belts, spark plugs, and oil change by 5! Very reasonably priced! As a new resident to the area, they have my business as long as I’m here!

I wasn’t sure at first but had to bring a vehicle here because I had no other choice and was very pleasantly surprised. They’ve always been professional and recommend strictly necessary repairs and suggested maintenance separately which is great. I don’t have to worry that they’ll try to take advantage or oversell her if I have my wife call and do business in my place. I’ve received nothing but five star service in the years I’ve been a customer of JV Automotive and will remain one as long as they keep their commitment to me as a customer.
