I have used these guys for major and minor repairs for many years. Friendly faces, great relationships, they remember you and even your cars. They seem to care about you and there always honest in the true condition of your cars. No fictitious wiper fluid... They are the best!

Be very careful of this place. They are mostly good with oil changes, but can be negligent in their work and rude when confronted about it. Never going again!

This is my first time getting an oil change in Waco, TX. I did a walk in & they told me everything that I needed to change/fix despite me coming in for an oil change. It was quick and fast. This is the best shop I’ve encountered in 5 years! GREAT JOB! 10/10 for sure, thank you for your services.

Chris and his crew TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY CAR!!! CBaby, my car, was pretty sick and had been mishandled. I was updated throughout the entire process and introduced to a payment method that was ever so easy and convenient! The icing on the cake was they stayed late to assure I would have my vehicle for the weekend! AWESOME SERVICE, AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND GENUINE CONCERN. They now have a forever customer and CBaby is performing like a new car! Thank Chris and the crew!!! Continued blessings to this business as they were a blessing to me.

My family has been using them for 10+ years, and they always get the job done. The price is right, and the service is Top Notch. When I check out they always go over my vehicles current condition. I appreciate that so if I need to plan for needed repairs in the future I can prepare for it. I would recommend for anyone who would like to go to a shop where they are Honest, and Fair on Pricing!!

So Jesse Britt’s fixed my car about eight months ago they made sure my kids and I were safe! Well yesterday my car started acting weird everything flashing I brought it in and in less than 30 they told me that my battery was faulty replaced it and had me safely on my way again! Update: It took a few days, but I was contacted by another manager who was very nice. Long story short, as of this morning I have a new windshield. I am very appreciative that they ended up doing the right thing. Never, never, never use this place! Especially if you are a single female!!!!! Picked up my car after a repair and the windshield was busted. I was told that unless I could prove that they did it, it was not their problem. I was told that I should be grateful that they did the initial repair instead of being upset that now I have to replace the windshield. I was talked down to and called a child. They refuse to take responsibility for an incident that happened on their watch, and will not fix the damage they caused. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

BEWARE! These people tried to tell me I needed brakes almost 2 years and 35,000 miles ago. Still don't need brakes. TYPICAL DISHONEST RIPOFF REPAIR SHOP!

I took my vehicle to have it aligned and was very satisfied with the customer service, really friendly and honestly fun people to be around! Me and my family are long term customers to JB. I feel that we started coming here when they first opened here in Waco. We have been very pleased with all they do for my family and I. We had moved out of town and just moved back three weeks ago and could not wait to come back to our old stomping grounds. JB takes the very best care of all there customers as I notice when checking in my truck the care they give to each individual in line to service there vehicles.
