Wow, where do I start?! I needed to have a safety and emissions test done on my Mini Cooper by the end of December and the Mini dealership was booked (I discovered there is only one Mini dealership here in Missouri). So I performed a google search and Jesse’s Automotive came up. Since I was unfamiliar with the shop, I read the reviews and thought how can anyone mess up a safety and emissions test. Also, my son’s name is Jesse so I felt it was a sign to try them out, lol. I received superb customer service, very professional, affordable, and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of, being a woman. I liked them so much a few weeks later, I got a flat tire and they were the first place I called. Again, receiving top tier service, they provided photos of the damage to my tire, found reasonably priced tires and offered to come pick my car up to repair damage then returned it back. Very impressive experience and I will tell anyone and everyone about their shop.

Had a great experience getting an oil change here. It was easy to make an appointment online. The oil change was completed promptly and they did not try to up-sell me on anything, which I appreciated. While I waited, I observed all customers to be treated respectfully. I’ll definitely return here for any future maintenance needs!

I have a 2011 GMC ACADIA IN WHICH I ALLOWED MY SON TO DRIVE. IT WAS A RAINY NIGHT AND HE DAMAGED THE WHOLE FRONT OF THE CAR. JESSE'S REPAIRED THE CAR BACK TO NEW AGAIN. THE COST THE DEALERSHIP WANTED TO CHARGE WAS NO COMPARISON TO JESSE'S. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PICK IT UP ART WANTED TO DRIVE IT TO MAKE SURE IT RAN CORRECTLY BY DRIVING IT TO MY HOME. THANKS JESSE'S JOB WELL DONE. THEY HAVE ME FOR LIFE.

This Shop Definitely Deserves Way More Recognition!! ART is very professional and understanding. This Shop is definitely a hidden gem and I would recommend to any and everyone!!! Honestly speaking I have never seen or heard of a shop in STL more reasonable or well knowledgeable than Jesse's! This is my first time finding this Shop and I'll definitely be a repeat customer for years to come!!

I went there not knowing wither it was my catalytic converter or my transmission. They claim they did a diagnostic test on my car so they claimed it was the catalytic converter. I went back to get my car when they said it was ready and couldn't even make it home which is less than 4 miles, my transmission was slipping now that tells me it wasn't catalytic converter it was the transmission. Then they wanted me to turn around and pay them to diagnose my transmission $800 something dollars when my bill was already over $3,000 for the first job. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy.

This place is a gem! Best service I’ve gotten in a long time. Oil change and tire rotation are super affordable and takes about an hour. There’s a cozy little waiting room, too. The guys working here are laidback, professional, and were extremely helpful with all of my car concerns.
