There is very bad worker in this area. I am going to take him to court. When I call him to ask to fix my car, he said ok and asked me to drop my car. Then he asked me about $6000. I found another mechanic. Then, when a I wanted to take my car to another company, he asked me mone which is about $140 without doing anything. He said this is diagnosing fee. Please away fromt this area.

I've lived in the area for 2 years and have bounced from mechanic to mechanic not impressed by anyone. It's safe to say I'm done boouncing around! Ed is honest, fair, generous and overall a super nice and reliable guy. He got me in the next day after I called and had the issue fixed in 10 minutes without even charging me! I have to say I'm blown away!!! His adorable puppy, Simon, was an added bonus too! Thank you Ed!

My son needed his car repaired so he could return home for the holiday. Being a couple hours away and not knowing the area I took a chance and gave this garage a call. I felt very comfortable sending my son there to get the work done. Now we know who to call for other work. Thank you.

The experience of the last shop visit isnt good. I asked Ed to look at my radiator fan and showed him the leaky ac line(only 1 spot) that i want to repair. I also informed him i didnt want to replace the line due to a small leak(its expensive like $180) and ask if he can fix it. He told me that it has to be replaced the next day and gave me a $750 quote(new line was quoted $260 instead of $180 from dealer) vs the $200 labor he estimated before i handed over the key. So i was charged a fee of $70 when he couldnt tell me anything about my fan. So i basically paid $70 for someone who did a quick google search online for an AC line part. Very frustrating. So I did some research online and bought a $5 can of feon charing up my AC system and got my radioator fan working all in 15 minutes and also working on my AC line now. I probably will never come back as a returning customer

I needed to get my car inspected this week and most automotive places were booked out until next week. Luckily, Jet Automotive Services had an opening for the next morning. There was another customer who dropped off their car before me and I was probably the second customer of the day. I had a 9 m/o baby with me and Ed was kind enough to prioritize my car so that we could go home first. As a mom, that helped me so much, especially since my baby was getting fussy because it was almost time for his nap. The car inspection only took about 15 minutes. I had a seized up a/c compressor the day before a snow storm and had to have my truck towed. Knowing that I needed my truck to service my plow customers Jet Automotive did everything they could and got my truck back to me that afternoon in time to do my route .With that said they knew I was in a pickle and they still gave me great fair and honest price to do the repairs . I will bring all our vehicles there moving forward. They deserve 10 stars !

Ed is a great guy who does excellent work at a reasonable price. He's also conveniently close to RIT, to the point where you can drop off your car and then walk to class if you have to have a major repair done.

I am new to WNY, so it might be the culture here but I find it extraordinary compared to TX where I came from. Ed got handwritten thank-you notes and cool displays of sports car all over his walls. He is so flexible with time and I usually just call in half a day or a day in advance. He is versatile, providing regular services like inspection, oil change, tire change... to, as you could see, more hobby-based services for high-end cars. Great personality, a store/ home dog, and I see cool cars occasionally.

Very knowledgable ,Kind and Fair person 👌👌👌 I went there for second option after my car has been seating in autoservise on Elmwood avenue for 3 weekes and misdiagnosed 3 times. Ed drove the car for 10 mins. and pointed out where exactly the noice is coming from and what the problem was. I fixed what he said and the car is running perfectly . Ever since I have been going to him everytime I have a problem with my car and he has always been honest with me and not trying to take advantage of the fact that I am foreigner and a girl. High recommend him ! Thank you Ed !
