I had one of the scariest moments of my life when my truck broke down in the middle of the interstate. After I got moved off and onto the service road in called Jewell Auto and spoke with Vicki who was so kind on the phone. She had mechanics waiting on me when the tow truck got us there even though it was almost closing time. I am not from the area and had no clue where anything was nor did I have a way to get anywhere. Being so late in the day I could not have a rental brought to me so she went out of her way to drive my daughter and I all around on a hunt for a rental. Thankfully we found one and we're able to get to a hotel for the night. She called the next morning to make sure we were ok and continued to go above and beyond by helping me get set up with a company to tow my truck 2 hours back to where I live. Everyone I came in contact with at Jewell was super nice and knowledgeable, but Vicki really saved me in so many ways when I was so stressed I could barely think in order to get things done. I have never been through anything like this so had no clue what I was doing, but with her help, we were able to get everything taken care of and also got a much needed hug before starting my journey back home. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me in my time of need.

It has been a few years since I have had my car repaired here. The same extreme courtesy, kindness, exceptional professionalism and competence has remained! I needed major repairs on my brake system and the cost was very reasonable, the service excellent and my car was fixed on the same day. I love this place and I am so glad to be back!

These guys are the best! I chose not to get my car repaired because I needed a new transmission but they are always fair and the you all the info upfront and are the best people to work with! I will be coming back in the future for any problems I have!

I recently bought a 1995 Chevy van that has been sitting for many years. I took it in for them to look over, I'm planning to road trip with it. The van had sat for years unused. They identified many issues, mostly dried and cracking rubber parts and I had them replace many things that were 30 yrs old. It took about 3 weeks to complete the job because many of the parts are not commonly available. They kept me updated as they searched for new parts. I don't remember what it was but one thing had to be sent from Georgia, another, a a/c hose had to be made locally. The mechanic, I think his name was Shawn, walked me thru all the work that had been completed so far, which was a lot and it looked great! It was all within my budget and their ability to find parts from all over the US leaves me impressed. I was expecting much more time needed or I would have to take it to more than one shop to get the restoration work I wanted done. So to anyone looking to restore an old vehicle, I highly recommend Jewel. Obviously, if they can do all I wanted and needed, finding new parts that are not found easily anymore, than any more modern vehicle would easy to repair. Thanks everyone at Jewel, can't wait to hit the road.

Vicki is great. They have ez pay where we can pay off the repair cost in 90 days with no interest. Also, the corporate office in Georgia just called and they are going to reimburse me for the rental car because I had to take it back for some adjustments. It's all good and I am pleased.

I have a 2016 Ford flex and I took it to Jewel for them to check it out they said I needed a water pump and a timing change. and they worked on it and I drove it and it it was making a slight ticking sound so I took it back and and talked to Mike and he said they would take care of the problem so when I came back to pick up my vehicle it's running 100% better. So I highly recommend Jewel automotive if you have any problem just speak Mike and he will make it right .

Earlier this year I was looking for a good Automotive Shop for my BMW. I'm really big on understanding what's being done to my car and why. Jewell Auto has been the best car mechanic in my experience. My Nissan tends to require some sort of maintenance every 6-8 months or so, and this time I was recommended to take my car to Jewell Auto. The staff were extremely helpful, personable, and patient (bonus points for the adorable dogs). Michael and Vicki were both very communicative and got my car fixed without any hassle or delay. Overall I enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciated the transparency of the team to work towards fixing my car.

The Jewell Auto family are very professional and serviced both my Hyundai Elantra and my husband's GMC Sierra. We both needed front end alignments. They got them both done in a timely manner and we did not have an appointment. We will use them for our future car care needs.
