Courteous and thoughtful employees with a very sweet young man named Edgar who came out to greet me and ask how they could help me. I let him know I was there for a tire puncture, and he went inside and got the owner who asked if I would like a patch or a plug (I prefer patches unless the repair is near the sidewall). They carefully removed the wheel (expensive wheels), inspected the tire, and sprayed it to confirm the issue. Carefully dismounted the tire, patched it, and reinstalled everything in under 10 minutes. Excellent service, fast yet cautious service. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone looking for a tire repair, new or used tire replacement, or wheel purchase. Be forewarned, this last part is a little bit of a rant: when I was a teenager I worked for a well-known tire chain in Tulsa for two years while going to college for engineering. Being of the engineering mindset I learned everything I could about tires and progressed to be the store manager at the time. That was 30 years ago and I have to tell you the tire industry has changed a lot in that time. Tired are much better made now and the warranties are excellent now. BUT, on the downside, the larger stores and tire chains have added a lot of policies designed to convince the consumer that their tire cannot be repaired and forcing a lot of people to buy new tires rather than have perfectly good ones already on the car repaired. Some of the new policies thar didn't exist when tires were less well made are - not being able to make a repair if the puncture is within an inch or two of the sidewall (true sidewall punctures that go through the belting should not be patched and punctures that are right at the interior curve of the tire can cause patches to fall off); many places now have a policy that if the tire is more than 5 years old it cannot be repaired. Or in my case today if there is a repair within 16" of another they will not repair it, only sell you a new tire, which is absurd... you can have a dozen patches/plugs within a 16" area without issue, but I would not recommend it. All of this being said, I didn't run into any of these types of policies at JFR Tire shop and I'm very glad that I've discovered this place. I will be back for any future tire repairs.

So helpful in finding what I needed, at a Very affordable price. All tires were replaced in under 30 minutes. Definitely recommend this shop

I had an amazing experience at JFR Tire Shop! The staff is incredibly friendly and awesome to work with. They have a large variety of new and used tires, as well as new and used rims. They made the process quick and easy, and I was in and out with my new tires in no time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire services. A top-notch shop! Tuve una experiencia increíble en JFR Tire Shop! El personal es increíblemente amable y fácil de tratar. Tienen una gran variedad de neumáticos nuevos y usados, así como rines nuevos y usados. Hicieron que el proceso fuera rápido y sencillo, y en poco tiempo ya tenía mis neumáticos nuevos listos. They switched out one of my tires for one with low tread and a different brand than my set.. Two tires with two guys working on each that we’re taken off at the same time.. One tire was wet and took a little less than 10 minutes. The one that was swapped, it was dry as a bone, and took a total of 3, maybe 4 minutes with supposedly being plugged. I asked him about it and he denied switching it out. $10, a stolen tire, and me having to replace a tire. Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

Very fast and affordable! One of the only shops that open at 9 so it was very convenient for me to fix my tire before I went to work!
