In the past this shop has been pretty good. I've notice in the last several months that it appears that management has changed. Now (the last 3 cars we've taken in the last two months) we've had the techs come in with clean air filters (except for the leaf's and engine dirt that have been sprinkled on the top of the filters) encouraging me to have the filters changed. The filters were just changed a couple of thousand miles before. Seems as if they are doing their very best to "sell you" on things you don't need for significantly higher prices than you can purchase, literally, next door. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Sitting in the waiting room I observed the service techs interacting with a number of customers. In every case the tech were informative and very professional. They took time with each customer listening and then explaining what needed to be done or what was done to correct any issue. They did NOT push unwanted or unnecessary services. I really trust this business!

Nothing Jiffy about this place. Pulled in with only 1 car ahead of me. Took over an hour to get out of there.

This isn't my usual Jiffy Lube, but my protective flap under the front of the car came loose. It was old and unnecessary. They removed it and didn't charge me.

What happened to us is almost comical. I have been to several Jiffy Lube locations and usually get an oil change within 45 minutes. But this one was by far the worst experience. We got there at 4:37pm and did not leave until 6:37PM. They broke a canister and blamed it on Toyota so they charged me for it. After I spoke to them, about an hour after we got there. 4 people came in and out before they finally finished the oil change. Seemed like they put us in the back of the line because everyone that came after us was taken care of before we did. No manager every came out, we heard some of the employees tell other customers that the manager was not there, but then they went into the office to talk to the manager about the canister they broke. Did not seem right.

Service was excellent except they didn't have engine oil for my truck 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Diesel. Had to wait for them to order and deliver. I was at the shop for an hour. Inconvenient but all worth it in the end. 5 stars if they had the oil in stock.

The crew was friendly at least. They quoted 19.99 to change my headlight, then forgot to do it and then realized it was a specialty bulb which would have cost 323 to replace. For just a plain oil change they’re ok. Not sure about the other stuff.

This is my second time going to this location they’re amazing. They’re kind and very efficient. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes I will continue to go to this location. They’re amazing. No complaints.
