They said brakes in rear were worst so got them chaged. But there is still brake squirming noise. They had said front brakes were in medium range. I asked for tire rotation. Not sure if done as there is vibration at speeds over 60.

They were quick, didn’t put the glovebox back correctly after checking the air filter, so it keeps opening now. Also had to ask twice to have brakes checked, I think they forgot the first time. I’ve had better experience here before, so hoping it was an off day and not this way from here forward

Have been bringing my vehicles here for basic service for 20 years. Never had an issue and always polite and thorough. They always treat me with respect and don't try to upsell me anything. Just giving my car what it actually needs. It's right by my house so very convenient. I now own a sportscar and they always will make sure I have the required synthetic oil, specialty brakes, and anything else my LT1 requires. They always do it with a smile on their face too.

Showed up for an oil change and fuel filter service. They drained oil and filled with 8 of the 10 quarts needed and waited for delivery from parts store. Then when they showed up with a gallon they poured the entire gallon in. Now I have 12 quarts in a 10 quart system. So they drained 2 quarts or so to make it right. Then I leave to realize they never vacuumed after the salesman told me they would vacuum. And I warned him there was a lot of sand and he said “don’t worry. We will take care of it”. Well they didn’t even vacuum at all. 🤔🙄

I was astonished at the price of an oil change and cabin filter, over $125.00, with a $25.00 coupon. I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for over 35 years, but will be looking for new places to give business to. Seems like they are charging way to much $$$ for simple oil changes.

Been waiting almost two hours for a simple oil change. There is only 3 customers total and so far I’ve only seen one car completed. Plus it’s super annoying that it’s the middle of winter and they don’t have the heater on inside for the guests. Paying for an oil change is about convenience, I’d rather just do it myself next time.

I'd just like to share that I would not take my vehicle any where else. Colin and Bobby are professional, honest and run an excellent store. They will quote you a price and time frame and always deliver on time if not sooner. I would not trust my vehicle with any other shop in town.

This was my first visit to this Jiffy Lube. It's a bit difficult to get in and out, but other than that it's a fine place to get good quality service. No complaint at all!
