These guys are amazing!!! I have been dealing with a bad tire for several months. I have been told it’s fine everywhere I go. I swung by here just looking for them to air it up. They took it in immediately!!! It’s on the lift to be taken care of. I cannot thank you guys enough!!! You rock Bobby, Gavin and Colin!!!! 🙌❤️😃 oh!! And what a shocker they found a nail in it!!! I will be coming here from now on!!!!!

Again the guys did a wonderful job and got me back on the road quickly. We had a snow storm last night. My wife had left the wipers on last night when we got home and shut the car off. During the night they froze to the window. This morning when she started the car, the blades ripped off because they were frozen to the window. So I took the pieces to the shop. They got me the best new blades quickly, and we were back in business. Thanks again to the pros at Jiffy Lube.

Bobby and Collin are life savers!! They came all the way to my house to replace my mothers car battery. They went above and beyond, especially since I only called them to help me open the hood of her car. I would recommend the two of them to anyone, any day if the week. They run a tight ship at the shop, it’s the only place I go for any car needs throughout my family’s three vehicles. I am so appreciative, give these men a raise!!🙏

My husband had his oil changed on Friday October 25th, 2024. We noticed it was leaking oil the following Sunday, and throughout the week. My husband took it back into the shop the following Friday (he works out of town and could not bring it in before then), and the shop took zero responsibility for the leak. The first excuse was "oh that's just old oil burning off"....what?? We've had many oil changes and never once has leaking oil been a standard, expected outcome. They looked over it again and then blamed the leak on the oil hose, which they took zero responsibility for and refused to replace for free, but said they would "give us a good deal on". If the leak is a result of the oil hose, the oil hose was not damaged before Jiffy Lube completed the oil change. This is our regular spot to get our oil changed, and we won't be going back again. UPDATE: The leak is definitely coming from the oil filter, not the oil hose. We are going to take it back to Jiffy Lube and ask them to change out the oil and filter again. I will update after that.

My original review is below. I went back today and, with 1 car ahead of me, it was just a little bit longer than 2 hours before I was done. I don't know how big an impact the "20 minute" brake fluid flush had. Last time: I went at about lunchtime on a Friday. They had cars in the bays, but got me in quickly - About the time I was finishing a small bag of popcorn from the popper in their waiting room. They got me set up and on the road again before my lunch break was over.

Overall, a good experience. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Service took longer than expected, three hours to change rotors and brake pads. However, I never asked how long it would be. They stated they would flush brake fluid for free and said they did, but it was not included on the receipt. I wish it had been.
