Horrible experience I will be contacting corporate. The tech drove my expensive BMW inside bay from outside with parking brake on! It was squealing and making noise and manager didn’t do anything about it nor did tech who was driving my vehicle in know or do anything about it. Who are you guys hiring that they don’t know to take brakes off? I will be filing complaint.

I needed the air pressure checked in tires, new windshield wipers and an oil change (I thought.) Technician checked to see when I had my last oil change and I was not due yet (thank you). Speedy check of air in tires and installation of wipers. I always have great service here with friendly techs and pleasant waiting room.

I used to take my mom’s car to the jiffy lube in bosque farms, when I found out Anissa moved locations so did I! She is a great employee and jiffy lube should know they are lucky to have her!

I had a great experience taking my vehicle to this store! I was very impressed with the young woman working there. I think her name was Anlyssa or Anissa, that ones my bad. But regardless she was very professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle she is taking care of. What was also very impressive was how it seemed she covered most positions. Very Professional and Quality work. You can expect my other vehicles to be taken there because of the professionalism that was showed. Good Job!

Very friendly staff, but don’t expect a lot of accountability for poor service from manager Moses. Just to name a few things, my signature service oil change ended up taking well over an hour when I was quoted 30 minutes when I got there with one vehicle in front of me, which in my ~15 years as a Jiffy Lube customer has never happened, for any reason. I also came in very specifically stating to not remove my lifetime air filter nor to refill my windshield washer fluid, and to inflate my tires to a 40 PSI. I was still presented with my removed air filter in the lobby about 40 minutes in, then, luckily, caught that my windshield washer reservoir was refilled, and by all indications of my TPMS sensors, my tire pressure was not adjusted at all. When I brought up the windshield washer fluid issue, they drained my reservoir, which had some amount of my more expensive washer fluid that I like to use removed as well. Given my loyalty and politely asking what could be done in compensation for the mistakes and more than anything the excessive time, I got a very apathetic response from manager Moses, and the only thing he offered was to refill the reservoir with their basic washer fluid. I will, unfortunately, likely be looking for a new oil change place. It’s too bad because I would expect corporate would want more from their management for customers like myself, especially given I’ve never complained before. p.s. - don’t bother with the message you receive in response to a review, it’s automated and a waste of time to reach out, as it asks you to.

Great work, had to replace exhaust hanger. They did a temporary fix until I got the hanger. They put the new exhaust hanger on and did a excellent job. I recommend the store and staff at the Montgomery an Pennsylvania location.

The whole experience was great. The guys in the bay AND the girl. U think her name is Annie. She has great customer service skills. They didn't try to con me or rip me off like the jiffy lube at Menaul and Wyoming. I highly recommend this one in Pennsylvania and Montgomery. It's where I will go from now on!!

This was my first time going to Jiffy’s, and let me just say, I am glad Anissa was the one to help me out. Coming in to rotate my tires, she went above and beyond to tell me that my one of my tires had a nail in it and would need repairs. The whole team there was super friendly and had me out in less time than I could imagine. Now while that doesn’t sound extraordinary, what she did after was - calling around other branches to see who would be able to help me out and even giving me directions on where to go. That small aspect of kindness goes a long way with me, and Anissa is a perfect example of what any employee in a customer-facing role should be. Personable, dependable, reliable. Thanks Jiffy!
