Services and parts offered are 2-3 times the cost of nearly every other garage. Parts especially. $74 for an air filter? No offer of regular oil, only synthetic, a much more expensive option. This used to be a good deal.

Been to this Jiffy Lube a few times. The service is always friendly, cheaper then their compition, and do fantastic work as quick as they can.

I would give this zero stars if it was possible I took my car in this morning for an oil change. I asked them not to change the filters because the last time they did that they didn’t put my glove box back in correctly, and I really didn’t wanna pay the extra money for filters so they walked me in. They let the door slammed behind me. The next customer that came in they held the door for her and didn’t let it slam behind her. I didn’t want to sit in the lobby and eat popcorn and watch TV. I am more interested in auto mechanics and wanted to watch what they were doing. They made fun of me for watching. I could read their lip. She said she’s staring at us and then he went around to the car and stuck his butt in my face so that I couldn’t see what he was doing, and then they were laughing and joking, and when I confronted them about it, they denied it. They claimed to have washed my windshield and put window washing fluid and did all the services but all they did was put oil in my car. I was charged for the full service package, but wasn’t given the service that I paid for when I left. I was almost in tears. I would not take my car back to this place again. I was treated so rudely. My daughter tried to call the manager and she was treated rudely until he found out that she was recording the conversation and then he changed his tune. Do not take your car to the Jiffy Lube on Juan Tabo and Indian School. I prayed for synthetic oil and I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t put that kind of oil in my car and only use the cheapest kind. They were so rude. Below our photos of my washed windows

It’s was great service Chase helped me out and he was very nice and assertive he knew what he was talking about and got me in a out fairly quick he had great energy and seems to know all the important stuff I always always come here for my tires and so does my family you guys do great!

The employees were very nice. But some plastic covers were not reattached after removal. They told me that it was not possible to check the transmission fluid (ridiculous, the stick was clearly visible). They ran my car onto the car lift at excessive speed and slammed the underside of my car against them.
