I walked into this location for an oil change on a Sunday morning at 9:57 AM before a 10:00 AM opening. I could tell that the waiting area was not yet fully open for business but the door was unlocked and it was cold outside so I walked in and sat down. A minute later an individual who later identified themselves to me as the store manager came in and berated me for entering the waiting area before store opening. I apologized and explained that I did so because the door was open and it was literally 3 minutes before opening and cold outside. I do understand the point made by the store manager but this could have been addressed in a much more professional and customer-friendly manner. I took my business elsewhere and do not intend to return to this location.

I’m not sure if this specific location in North Druid Hills can track the employee who rang me up but he was great. It was on Briarcliff Rd. Had my Subaru worked on for brakes on 11/25. A happy dude and very friendly. Found some coupons to help me out and bring my total down a little bit. I’ve usually found that auto service center employees have a void look in their eyes and don’t really care so it was nice to see a guy who seemed friendly and didn’t mind his job. Got brakes and rotors put on so my car finally doesn’t squeal and it works great now. So whoever you are my man, keep it up because the customer service and friendliness doesn’t go unnoticed. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because it took about 4 hours. But I live walking distance and just went home while it was being worked on. I think that store needs a few more employees because when I called to check on it, there was no answer for 3 tries. I understand yall are busy but I think more staff would improve the customer experience.

$120 dollars for an oil change. Really? The oil my car takes in totality is around $30 and the filter is $10. It took them 10 minutes to complete. This is not worth $80 of labor. The only reason it isn't 1 star is because they did the job well. Edit: I just tried to email you at this address, and Gmail claims the address does not exist. I copy and pasted it, so I know I typed it in correctly. Edit 2: I decreased the score from 3 stars to 2 because of this interaction.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Shawanna at Jiffy Lube, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, Shawanna was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what my car needed and walked me through every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Not only was she efficient and thorough, but she also went above and beyond to answer my questions with patience and a smile. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, and it truly made a difference. Thanks to Shawanna, I’ll definitely be coming back to Jiffy Lube for future service. They reduced me when my cart broke Broke down as I was trying to catch a bus period coming from the pool bank. I don't live close to this area & I wasn't gonna get home without my cart. when MO & the crew Understood my desperate circumstance they jumped to my rescue and helped put my wheel back on my cart Good enough for me to get home safely. I thank God for the gentleman here And there amazing sense of community and support to help me
