I preface this post that i have done business at no less than 7 jiffy lubes throughout Georgia. Hardly ever have i exceeded 25 minutes for service. Today was roughly 2 hours. First time at this location. The owner/Supervisor did give me $26 discount for my wait. Seemed a little light on help today. I would give them one more chance. Very nice and courteous.

They did exceptionally well, and it was on a Sunday! I usually don’t do reviews but this was the best oil change service I’ve ever received on my Cadillac. I’ll be back again for sure

I came for an oil change and was charged over $200 without being told of work being performed. They took advantage of me due to the fact that I was a woman who didn’t know anything about cars. No price transparency and no agreement beforehand. Very bad experience

I felt good about trying this location from the first call. I hung up and thought, oh, they were nice! When I arrived, they got me started and I was out in under an hour…in a “jiffy!” I usually go to Walmart, and even though Jiffy had a coupon that I used, they were still more than Walmart, but I’d go back to Jiffy. I am even taking my 2nd car there in a few days. Charles and the gentleman working with him had great personalities, as well.

I pull in the dock to get my oil change. I was never ask or giving options to what type of oil change I wanted done on my vehicle or giving price options. They quickly started working on the vehicle. They told me I have no other option but to get the type oil that's recommended for my vehicle which happens to but their highest price oil change $109.00 plus tax. They up sold me without even checking with the customer first. They told me all these after they are like 5 to 7 minutes into already taking everything apart in my car. Wow worst customer service ever. Never go there.

Just went today and was charged $122 for an oil change. They were courteous enough to say I got $10 off that was ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves. Totally ripped off and do not go there and pay $122 for an oil change . No prices shown. Nobody commented on how much it would be for an oil change . Plenty of coupons online, but just didn’t have time to check . Certainly taking advantage of the customers.

Kindness goes a long way! They were so patient and helpful when we pulled in with 2 small babies and some engine problems. Charles went above and beyond to run diagnostics and then called in a favor to a mechanic to make sure we could be seen same day. It really calmed any fears or anxiety we had about fixing our car a whole state away with small children. We are very grateful for how much they cared! It makes all the difference in customer service.

This review is for Charles! I came to Jiffy Lube at the behest of my father, who used to ensure the smooth operations of my car before I moved across the country. As a gal it is always a little uncomfortable going for any routine maintenance of my vehicle by myself for fear of being swindled in someway or another. Charles came to the waiting area to show me how my oil was looking and kindly educated me that my oil did not need to be changed. He was friendly, honest, and a pleasure to meet. I will be coming back to this location thanks to him. Thank you, Charles!

DO NOT GO HERE for any emissions test FOR ANY reason. This place is horrifically slow. Two cars came and went through oil change bays while my car just sat there see photo Find any where else to go for emissions

Don't go to this location. Waste of time, workers don't know how to prioritize, and the staff don't know how to do anything. If only 1 of your 3 workers knows how to do emissions, why have him work the front counter? Blamed the long wait times on the machine, when we can see everything not being done from the waiting room. And, yes, did I mention they make you get out of your car for emissions? Never had a slower and more unpleasant experience getting emissions done than at this location. Ridiculous.
