I'm a Jiffy Lube customer from FL, drove up due to evacuation. My ck oil level light came on which suprised me since my last oil change was less than 4 weeks ago; so I visited this location. The lady who took care of my request scanned my vin, added the same oil as my file said it required and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes.... I highly recommend this location due to quick, courteous, and professional service.

Great place with honest folks who are willing to explain stuff to you. Didn’t get the impression I was being ripped off. The service specialists are super knowledgeable and know how to put you at ease with actual facts and evidence! I was asked to sign off on a 2000 usd repair on my CR-V at a Honda service center 6 months ago due to a suspected leak emanating from my steering assembly. This team at Jiffy confirmed steering fluid levels were optimal and there was no problem at all…phew! I will be back! You folks rock.🎸

I needed help with replacing my battery. Tina here, was incredibly helpful and she replaced the battery herself. This was wonderful customer service and from now on this is my oil change spot

Went for an oil change. They were transparent about the prices and up front but not pushy about their recommended service. Everyone who helped me was very friendly, professional, and trustworthy.

Amazing no service and team. The lady who is newly in charge, I apologize as I forgot her name, was amazing and very customer oriented. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for years and this was my best experience hands down. I have found my new home location for sure!

Second time at the Roswell Road location in Sandy Springs with the new management. Still Organized and efficient, professional and honest. Paul and Tina really know what they’re doing. And they have great customer service! Tina explained for some additional work my car may need. Fast service and friendly too!

Tina over at Jiffy Lube in Sandy Springs off Roswell Rd went above and beyond and helped me jump off my car, ordered a battery, did an oil change and got my car back and running in just an hour. Unreal How hard her team worked to get everything done! I’m so Thankful and I will continue to get my work done there. Very trusted and great job!!!

Wonderful, honest service. Actually told me I wasn’t due for an oil change yet even though car’s indicator light said it was. Checked mileage and oil level, topped off washer fluid, filled tires, and sent me on my way. Paul and his boss were great. He explained they are a new management team. Just had a horrible experience down the road at grease monkey, so I popped in to try this place (where I haven’t been in decades). We’ll now move all of our family’s four vehicles for honest service.

These ladies have no idea what they’re doing. I went for a full oil change on the 22 suburban. They failed to tighten the oil filter and oil cap. Needless to say oil started gushing out after about 200 miles and all over our garage. A great deal of inconvenience unnecessarily- Do not have your oil changed here under any circumstances! if I could give no stars, I would give no stars mine stars in fact
