Jiffy Lube is chock full of wonderful staff who are top notch knowledgeable. They've come to my rescue time and again. In today's world of no help at gas stations if you need oil - Jiffy Lube! Today, my car kept telling me on screen I needed lubricant, it was Low. So, where to go? Jiffy Lube!!! I was taken care of so quickly and professionally. Kudos to the Jiffy Lube team at 620 and Anderson Mill! Thank you!

People were nice .. communication was terrible. After I told them I had a truck with a camper they said no problem.... It was a huge problem.

Jiffy Lube is not what they used to be. They don't do the extras anymore but the price didn't go down.

The customer service was great, however I am disappointed with being charged almost $6 for topping off windshield wiper fluid , something they used to do as part of the oil change. Not to mention, being over charged for the initial oil change.

The employees are great the manager and area manager are rude and flat out ignored me and m y wife standing there ot the counter. And continue their person conversation about guns and homeless being scared of them customer service was not a thought in their head ar all.

This was my GO TO Jiffy Lube but they just really tried to play me. Friday I noticed my left headlight was out. I bought a new bulb but every place I went, was having trouble getting the old bulb out. My 3rd stop was this Jiffy Lube today. One of the male employees tried to get the bulb out but he was unsuccessful. He said his hands were too big. He called his female coworker over for help but she was also unsuccessful. She then scanned my car and went to asked the manager (I think she said he was the manager) for help. I asked if she was scanning my car to figure out how to get the bulb out and her reply was, basically. After speaking with the manager, she came back and told me they'd be able to change my headlight but because of the type of car I have they'd have to hook it up to some machine and that would cost me $60.......I did mention I had my own bulb right? ......Oh and I drive a 2018 Ford EcoSport. Nothing fancy, nothing special, nothing advanced enough to have to be placed on a machine to change a headlight. I went up the street to Lambs. They came out to my car and changed the bulb in less than 5 minutes FOR FREE. GO UP THE STREET TO LAMBS AND SEE CRAIG AND KEVIN FOR YOUR CAR NEEDS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY HUNGRY ASS JIFFY LUBE.

I got my oil changed here for the first time which was an okay experience. But what really pissed me off a few minutes after leaving the shop, the skid plate started falling off and was scraping the road. I had to turn back around so they could fix it. Apparently one of their workers put it on backwards and couldn’t fit all the screws in…because it was backwards. In all the time I’ve been getting my oil changed, this has never happened to me! Either someone needs more training or someone should be getting fired because they didn’t even bother trying to readjust it to perfectly fit all the screws in before I left. I will not be coming back for sure.

Thank goodness the technicians here not only did a fast effecient job at changing my oil, they spotted a potential accident waiting to happen. My brake fluid was low and upon further exploration I found out I need a new master cylinder and power brake booster. They caught this leak and advised me not to just fill up the reservoir and keep driving. I know they have my safety in mind.

Very professional and quick staff. I came in for an oil change and the staff had me in and out before I knew it. Everyone spoke respectful and clearly and did their work diligently. Would recommend this location to anyone in the area for their service.

I have been having issues with my car and took it to various mechanics, all charged me for a diagnostic test just to tell me they didn’t know what was wrong. Came to jiffy to have it looked at, Dustin the master mechanic was so sweet and helpful! He ran some test, explained what each code meant and was the only person to actually figure out what was wrong with my car. All of this within 5-10 min of being there! I was so impressed and thankful Dustin took the time to educate me (i know nothing about cars and wanted to learn more about what was under the hood) and break everything down for me to easily understand. After doing that, I needed an oil change and Bobby was so quick changing the oil and even vacuumed my car for me! True VIP treatment here. This will now be my new shop for all of my car needs ❤️ Thank you both so much

I went to the Manchaca location (9919 Manchaca Rd, Austin Tx.) and the MOD told me that they cant service my car because the last time i went there to that same location the tide the oil plug way to much and they were not able to fix it and that i should go to a different location and leave the property. While i was still inside my car i ask her to please fix the problem they created and she said that they cant do it and that i should leave, i told her i wasnt leaving until they fix it or give me a solution and she end up calling the cops on me saying i was agressive, wich i wasnt! I was just mad and frustrated that she wasnt taking full responsability of what they did. After this happend i went to the lakeway location (11426 ranch road fm 620) and they were able to service my car and the manager there (Stephen) told me that there was nothing wrong with my car! I would like to let you know that this happen and that i dont think its ok to call the cops on your customers ! Big shot out to all your ranch road staff! They are great!

I came in needing help getting a stuck window up. They checked it out no problem, gave me a quote I couldn’t currently afford but they gave me solutions. Along w that they did their best to tape up my window since it’s going to rain tomorrow. Y’all I called some other shops and they would have charged me ~$189 just to check my issue out. Jiffy lube 4 love 4 lyfe. Good nice, friendly people to work with. Get over here if you need help. 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

This was a great easy experience usually go to take 5 but needed oil change was happy to see so many friendly faces and they were efficient and great couldn’t have asked for a better team thanks Victoria and the rest of the team here today thank you all of your hard work and amazing customer service will be returning.

Jiffy Lube, Cedar Park on FM 620 was open on Saturday and I suddenly realized we needed new brakes. Their tech arrived ten minutes later and we were on our way an hour and half later!! So glad you were open and available. B. Schreiber

Very clean and professional location. I appreciate the time they spent to do my inspection (as well as oil change) and their advice worked and I was able to come back and pass inspection the 2nd time.
