Tried to get my oil changed yesterday, November 7th, when there was only one car being serviced. Some disheveled looking guy came out to my vehicle and told me it would be 45-minutes before they were able to get me in for an oil change. Two other bays were empty and the parking lot totally empty, seemingly zero wait. Service tech didn't say hello, how are you, how may I help you, nothing except it would be a 45-minute wait. I left and went to another Jiffy Lube.

John was super helpful today. He took care of my car, but also was just a gentleman — shook my hand and opened my car door for me as I left. Good to see these things still exist! Thank you for your help!

Strangest experience of my life

John answered the phone and was using a fake overly exaggerated Southern drawl and kept making it intentionally hard to understand him saying uhhwhaaatcanadoufor in a very sarcastic tone. I asked if they do inspections he said "All day every day from 8am until 5pm except Tuesday (again in a way that was really hard to understand and very sarcastic.) So I went directly there. When I arrived at 3:50pm the young Hispanic guy said they just stopped doing inspections. I said I just talked to the guy. He said nope. No one told you that. No one here will tell you we do inspections past 3pm. What a waste of time.

In from out of town, usually change my own oil. One guy was great. Funny looking kid had never seen an oil drain valve, told me to change it myself. Took it somewhere else and they knew what to do.

Stopped by for an oil change before a long road trip. John was extremely helpful and polite - had me in and out very quickly with the oil change, clean windows, and verified tire air pressure. John was also very helpful in explaining how some of my car notifications work - thanks!!

Fastest oil change I've ever gotten at this location, but it would have been nice if they had checked me in at all and asked what kind of oil I wanted first.

My mother and sibling went to go get an inspection on 1/27/24 and the inspection tech was incredibly hard to hear and made them extremely uncomfortable, something seemed off to them and they will not be returning

Ron, the manager at the Spicewood Springs Road location in NW Austin, is a great guy. He is fast, friendly, and very professional. I will ONLY get my oil changed, any ONLY at this specific Jiffy Lube location, when Ron (aged 73 years old) is ON DUTY! I trust him 100%!!!! Had the oil and filter changed today (30 January 2024) by John and John. They were fast, friendly, professional, and TRUSTWORTHY! Based on my past experiences, this is the ONLY Jiffy Lube location that I trust to change the oil on all our cars!

We've been having all our oil changes and inspections done here for a few years, and I can't say enough good things about the customer service! They're always friendly and efficient, no matter how busy they are, and they never try to up-sell on things you don't need. I'll continue to recommend them to all my friends in the area!
