had the absolute best experience with them. i got off of work at 5 and got there about 30 minutes before close (not ideal, but i work monday-friday so its the only time i can go unfortunately). they were super willing to help which was awesome :) they took care of my 2011 honda civic super efficiently! very reasonable prices too! they were super clear explaining everything to me which is great for someone who doesn't really know anything about cars lol. i highly reccomend that you bring your car here if you need to check battery health, get an oil change, change filters, etc. it's a very welcoming enviroment with a really hard working group of guys who deserve more recognition. i am beyond grateful for their services and time.

Dangerous and negligent. They “changed” my break fluid and literally left the hose off, which nearly killed me driving back as my breaks did not work. After they reattached it, they said there was no air in the lines and i had to get a second opinion before they would fix it. After it was “so much better”. Completely unprofessional. Then, today, when trying to change my oil they’ve over tightened the bolt to the point i had to go to shop to loosen it. Absolutely ridiculous, do not come here. Go anywhere else.

If you don’t care about your car or your time, this is the perfect place to go to. Came here at 1 PM and by 1:15, they had my car. At 2:00, I checked and with lied to that my tire rotation had already been done and they’re about to start the oil change. At 2:30 I saw they took my car out and put it in line on another garage entrance. I asked him what’s going on and they say they’re going to do the tire rotation the oil change is done already, having been here over an hour and a half I let them know. I’m not getting my tires rotated because I have to go back to work.

Dear @Steve Hamlett we base tire rotations off of vehicle manufacturer recommendation which in most cases are every other oil change, during the rotation on your vehicle the lug nut/lug stud came out damaged and in which we replaced and fixed it for you please reach out with any further questions or concerns I’d love to hear from you.

The Jiffy Lube on Guadalupe was efficient and friendly. Ryan Patrick knocked out several items I needed done in under an hour. My car's headlights were foggy and I tried cleaning on my own, with no success. Ryan used his magic and they look brand new! 1. 2 headlight replacements 2. 1 foglight replacement 3. Windshield wipers replaced 4. Headlight restoration The team there rocks! I can now see 100% at night. If you need an oil change or other services, this is the place.

They did an unnecessary tire rotation and screwed that up. Take some advice - don't let any quickie oil change place do anything except change your oil. Why can't I give zero stars?

DONT GET YOUR TIRES ROTATED HERE. They over-tightened during a rotation, breaking a lug nut on one side and cracking one on the other....THEN made it seem like it wasn't a big deal... The repairs are costing me $1400. Worse still they're pretending that I came in with the damage instead of fielding a complaint and providing decent customer service. Please do not support this business.

Very nice staff, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They had me in and out for a state inspection in under 15 min. I’m not sure of their names but I visited on 7/18/24 around 8am.

I would go literally anywhere else for an oil change if possible. After an oil change here, while driving down the highway, my metal skid plate fell off because they did not properly put it back on. This caused damage to my vehicle which cost several hundreds to fix. Originally they ordered a new skid plate and then thought it would be appropriate and that I wouldn’t notice they had put it on WITH ZIP TIES. Yes, you read that correctly. They refused to pay for repairs so I was forced to pay for it myself. I live next door to this place, yet I wouldn’t dare suggest anyone go here ever if you care at all about your car or your wallet. GIANT SCAM. And if you cant properly repair the damages that YOU caused then you should cover the cost of said repairs, very unethical business model.

This jiffy lube was great! I needed them to extract my oil and they were so helpful and everybody was very nice! Definitely recommend
