Got me in and out in less than 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Full synthetic oil change costing about $100 with the online coupon. Staff is very friendly and service was quick.

came in for a routine oil change and instead of giving me my 15% off like he should have, he gives me $15 off which is less. Listen and comprehend man damn. It would’ve taken you 2 seconds and I was the only customer there. So irritating.

This place is full of scammers and liars. It’s sad that as a young woman I still can’t feel comfortable visiting car shops by myself. I came in and just asked for an oil change. They didn’t ask me what kind of oil I wanted which I thought was weird but didn’t think much of it. Of course when the service is over they tell me the oil change is $113?????? The service was over and the oil was in my car so I ended up paying. They didn’t even apply my $10 coupon!!!!!!! Even on the receipt they sign it with a smiley face so you don’t even know who authorized the purchase, but their names are on the receipt: Brandon O, Matthew H, Agustin Z, Derick Y, and Angel G. Obviously I’m young and I’m still learning but that doesn’t mean you can take advantage of that. Ladies, do NOT visit this location by yourself, they will not take you seriously.

William and AZ were awesome. Prompt, thoughtful, and fair pricing. Topped off our coolant and wiper fluid in a matter of minutes. Jiffy lube is the best, highly recommend this location.

I had the strangest experience here today. I have used this service before with no issues. Today, I drove my recently purchased 2024 vehicle in for its first oil change. I advised the workers that since it was a new vehicle for me I was not quite sure where the "hood pop" button was. From there, things got odd. The worker brushed past me without saying a word and found the control for the hood. I asked him what exactly I had to do for future reference -- absolutely no response. He and another worker then looked under hood, said nothing and walked away. The "greeter" advised me that they did not have the oil I needed in stock. To me it sounded like the two workers did not want to or could not do the job. I asked for further explanation -- as in should I bother returning in the future or go to the dealership? I was told by the greeter that they "may order" the oil soon. In short, the workers were beyond surly and rude. Would it hurt to give a two-minute explanation of what is going on?

Not sure if this place is under new management? I used to have great customer service here,but it has really gone downhill. I could not understand the lady checking me in because she was talking so far away from me in the noisy garage. The tech guy was tapping on my hood while I was trying to listen to her as she could not find my info in her system (I’ve been going here for years). When I went inside to the counter, another woman who was sitting behind the counter just stared at me and did not ask if I needed anything. She was doing nothing but looking at me. Weird. Please bring back the old crew. They were friendly and efficient and did not try to sell me any unnecessary services.

I've been taking my car here for 14 years and came in for an oil change today and they told me they no longer carry filters or oil for my car. Some district manager just decided they don't service Jaguars anymore?

very fast service and friendly. They were so fast they did not fill the washer fluid or top off the coolant and I doubt check any of the other items they are supposed to.

The Jiffy Lube location in Rollingwood is absolutely incredible. The team goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They're fast, professional and courteous. I consider the manager and two employees as my brother's. For this reason, I am a loyal customer. I always recommend the Rollingwood location to my family and friends. Unfortunately, I cannot provide names because I did not need a copy of the receipt. I went to Jiffy Lube on Friday, January 19th around 3pm. I hope this survey is shared with the team because they deserve the recognition for their excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Had a wonderful experience at this location! Very quick and great service. Thanks Montrelle, Alex, and Bryan! We tried to get our oil changed at two other jiffy lubes in Austin and they had horrible wait times and bad service. This location is not the closest JL near us, but it’s worth the extra drive.

This is a great shop! The techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and organized. They are attentive to what my needs are and listen to understand. I’ve never been “up sold” on things I did not require or need. They are quick, efficient, and have a little fun. Highly recommend!

Went here for an oil change 1.5 hours before closing, but saw the entrance was blocked with cones. We asked the nice guy there how to enter, and he let us know that it was only him working and it's a safety concern to work on any vehicles with just him there. They need to hire more staff or change their hours if they're not able to provide the services they advertise. I understand short staffing happens sometimes and respect the safety concerns, but to run a business you need to have consistent hours
