I ~love~ this jiffy lube. Very specifically this location and Miss Chrissy is simply the best! She has helped me the last two times I’ve been and she is just in a good mood and hustlin! She really is amazing at her job! This girl deserves a raise!

They’re not careful at all, they got my engine top cover all dirty with oil, they poured the oil carelessly and now I have to clean it again, if y’all are going to do a job do it properly

This place has the absolute worst customer service you can find. If they tell you 20 minutes, expect at least an hour wait. They try to run a scam and tell you they are out of everything but the most expense products.

MC NEIL LOCATION. The first guy was ok. But not clear on where to move or keep the car. The 2nd guy, STONY, was super friendly n totally made the experience enjoyable. Showed me my oil dipstick after 1.5 qts added was now full. Thank you Stony !!!

But I let them talk me into the more expensive oil change and the guy said "You'll just be right back in here." Yeah, that's how oil changes work. More importantly my OIL CAP WAS LOOSE. The people who changed my oil did not tighten down my cap. And they charged $5 to top off coolant. I only blame the staff really for not tightening the gas cap. I have been using Jiffy Lube for over a decade but I'm tired of their young, inexperienced staff. I guess the company doesn't pay enough to hire adults.

Fantastic experience at the 12621 Research Blvd. location. I had been quoted $340 from a BMW dealer to replace a cabin air filter. Your team did it for 10% of that. Not only that, but it was a difficult job. Multiple technicians were almost stumped by how complicated it is to replace on an X5. But the team never gave up and ensured I left with the new ones in place. Impressed. Will return - and will never go to the BMW dealer again.

I am from Georgetown and was at work so decided to do my oil change during lunch, this was the best customer service and politeness I have ever seen. They got me in and out in no time, there guys where working together. Guess I know where my oil changes will be!!!

The new manager is so rude, I over heard him talking bad about another employee there. He also tried to use scare tactics to get me to buy all these extra services after I said no three times. On top of that he smokes in the bay and has no manners and just throws his cigarette butts on the floor instead of the cigarette canister.

Tried to stop by for an Automatic Transmission fluid swap like this shop has done in the past. According to one of their staff another “manager” came by and took their machine when their manager was gone. Good to know jiffy lube doesn’t care about all of their stores only select few.

I like coming here because usually I get to stay in my car for the oil change. Today, they made me wait in the lobby. Hmm, I didn't really care for that, lol. Other than that they are fast, and have kind employees.

Si eres hispano o afroamericano no vengas a esta tienda, me acaban de rechazar en la recepción por no haber personal y estaban dos buenos muchachos para hacer el trabajo pero asumo que por mi raza no me aceptaron y esto lo sé porque luego entro un honda rojo y si lo atendieron, en conclusión estás personas son racistas y solo atienden a su raza, deben de ser los dueños para tomar esta decisión, suerte con su negocio. If you are Hispanic or African American do not come to this store, I was just rejected at the reception for not having staff and there were two good guys to do the job but I assume that because of my race they did not accept me and I know this because then a red Honda came in and if they attended to it, in conclusion these people are racist and only serve their race, they must be the owners to make this decision, good luck with your business.

Stopped in on my way through to visit family as I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change service was fine and quick. As far as the tire rotation goes it took an HOUR when any other place I've EVER gone to takes 15 minutes TOPS. Since I was on a time crunch I inquired about the delay as I didn't have the time to wait around and it turns out that they are using a floor jack/jack stands to do the rotations? I don't know much but I DO KNOW that that's not safe and most shops have a FLOOR LIFT to complete this job safe and efficiently. Spoke with the manager about this and he said theirs is broken... how can you run a shop without the equipment needed to complete jobs effectively for your customers? Someone should address this ASAP before one of these kids get hurt...

They lost the cap to my water reservoir lost a screw to my case for the air filter. Put the wrong coolant in now. My truck is overheating when I called. They were very rude and rude to me.
